There was a bit of a delay in actually repairing it, because his supplier no longer stocked the part because my refrigerator was a few years out of date. He was able to locate the part through another supplier, but showed me how to keep the refrigerator functioning until the part came in. Let me start this review by saying our refrigerator is garbage, dont buy Samsung! Doug came out in April and spent an hour+ defrosting buildup. He made some minor repairs and cleanups and left us with a 30 day guarantee. We had to call him again in May when ice buildup returned, and he came back (both of us) knowing it was not the fault of his labor, but rather the faulty craftsmanship of our refrigerator. Doug has a lot of knowledge and even more through consultation with his father's decades of experience. He made literal MODIFICATIONS to our refrigerator (moving a sensor or thermometer or something) to make our refrigerator function as it should.
