My last few dryer loads have ended with the felt seal in the drum hanging down. It was clearly losing its stickiness and I looked up whether this could be replaced and how hard it was. The whole drum has to come off, which is out of my capability range, so we tried calling these folks as they are nearby with positive reviews. This was on a Wednesday and although the soonest available appointment was Monday, they promised we would be on a cancellation list. The next day a cancellation came up but, when the woman listened more in depth to the issue, she said she wanted to be honest because for our dryer, even though it's just about five years old, the parts needed were no longer made and we were going to need to replace the dryer. She didn't want us to have to pay a service call only to learn it was unfixable. I really appreciated and respected this. Also when she couldn't get us an appointment immediately, she mentioned they prioritize people with broken refrigerators first, and if you've ever been there you will understand and respect this as well, because washing your clothes can generally wait but food going bad, not so much. I will call these folks for a future repair as I really liked their way of doing business.

Went down to check on the clothes that I had attempted to wash in the evening, and the same error codes were showing. I contacted AZE and the part that was needed to fix it wouldn't be available for 3-5 business days. That being unacceptable they are hopefully returning tomorrow the 30th to remove the part that was erroneously installed and issuing a refund. Turns out they're claiming I cancelled the credit card transaction but I still have to pay the $75 which I'm not. I've started the dispute process which includes all the messages between me and the technician.

Very friendly, honest, and punctual. Chris was able to quickly troubleshoot my refrigerator. There was a bit of a delay in actually repairing it, because his supplier no longer stocked the part because my refrigerator was a few years out of date. He was able to locate the part through another supplier, but showed me how to keep the refrigerator functioning until the part came in. I've always liked going here…read more When I was working on a plumbing project a friend told me to go to 3 Brothers plumbing and heating supplies. I went, but they have LOUSY hours, are expensive, and not only didn't have a few things I needed but told me they aren't even made anymore. So, I went to my trusty Daniels' instead, like I should have to begin with. Amazingly they had the very items I needed, including what I was told was not even made anymore. 3 Brothers completely lost my business after that. Even if Daniels doesn't have it I will NEVER go there as they are blatant liars with crappy hours. I love going here to be able to get one or two bolts, or nuts or whatever, instead of an entire package. For a small store they have almost everything I ever need for my projects or home maintenance. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you come in. They are always asking if you need help. If you need help and they are not right there just go to the counter and they will help. Unlike at a big box store when you need help and you can't find a stinking soul to help you. lol. They will talk with you about what you are doing and looking for and can make suggestions or will look for an answer. At a big box store once you DO find somebody, half the time they can't help and have to get somebody else. So, their hours are great. Their staff is friendly, helpful and around. The selection is great. And their prices are not bad either.

The 2nd time I called they refused to remedy the problem, stating that the warranty on the install had expired. I have since found out that they use subs for their installs. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service.
