I used to love this little grocery store. It has new owners and it is awful. Produce is outdated. Corn is brown and shriveled up. They didn't have red potatoes!?! Shelves emptied. Grocery carts falling apart. So disappointed because it was a joy to shop before. read more

Well yeah, living down here in Cory, it's been the main grocery store for YEARS ! ( moreso DECADES ). Despite the fact it's changed ownership recently it's still the local market . Regrettably I don't shop the same as many " average people " , because I don't cook . But just getting my basics - BACON ! Though I've always noticed this store to SUDDENLY have discounts and you're prone to run into items you'll NEVER find anywhere else !!! read more

Small town grocery in a small town. Friendly staff. Prices a little higher than big box grocery stores but you don't have to drive as far. I went twice to get ingredients to make a stew. Meat was more tender than any other grocery store I've been too. Only downfall is that they don't always stock everything you need. But overall I will go back. read more

In the past I dreaded having to shop in this store. Everything was overpriced, the majority of employees seemed unhappy and always seemed nervous and in a hurry. But, this store is under new ownership and I guess it just needed a breath of fresh air. The produce layout has been updated. The produce is perfectly ripe. You can tell time and attention has been given to this department. They have gotten in generic brands in most departments which are high quality. That really helps out in this period of inflation The meat continues to be high quality. The customer service has made large strides. The new owners go out of there way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. read more

The Quality of their Lunch Meats is better then the Chain Grocery Stores in the area considering there is only One store in Kennedy Township and it is Rumored they Bought the ShopnSave Building to keep Competition away. read more

Not sure why they won't give a raincheck when the product advertised hasn't been in stock for days. Tired of calling and stopping by and not being able to buy the product. Asked the woman behind the counter about a raincheck and she looked at me like I was crazy. Also bought their delmonico steaks that were on sale and they were lousy. Very fatty... I miss the Mancini family. read more

Now this is what a small community grocery store should be (Hear THAT, Moon's Kuhn's?) It reminds me of the Greenbelt Co-Op I used to go to when I lived in MD. Or, even better, it's like Ruprecht's down in the Rox Bottoms way back in the '70's!. You've gotta love this place. It's tiny (but well-arranged), sometimes crowded (but everybody's genial and says "excuse me" and "Thank you" when pushing through), and often a throwback (I actually heard the "ka-chunka-chunka-chunk" of an employee labeling cans with a hand-press labeler, once). Being so small, some items are naturally going to be more expensive on a one-time basis.. However, over time you'll find the prices flatten out and are no less or more than some of the larger chains. Their Butcher Shop/Deli is one of the best around. Check their weekly circular to see what surprises they're going to come up with this next week! Dobre Shunka. Good food, good and helpful people, decent prices. Cash Market is kind of a blast from the past! read more

Love this place. Deli food is a nice change up from delivery or restaurant. The butchers still cut meat like it's 1957. Nice selection of produce and for a single man, the selection of frozen food is out of this world. Check them out. read more

Well actually REALLY LOVE this little grocery store . Well of course some things are just pricey compared to others ( YUP , MIGHT BE about 10 cents or even 65 cents more ! Still a great hometown supermarket. The butcher will special order and cut or grind to specification. Still the smallest markup on deli meats and cheese in the Pittsburgh area. Always friendly and willing to assist. read more
