T-Bones has been our GO-TO for pickup of catering trays for large parties and holiday family gatherings. Their food is really homemade and always delicious. The folks that work there are very nice and efficient, often helping us carry out large food trays to our car. They have a nice variety of produce and prepared foods as well as cookies and other breads and sweets. read more

We still enjoy going here to get prepared foods and baked goods. They change their lunch and dinner specials daily. T Bones also offer Holiday meals at Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving. They are always well staffed with attentive workers. read more

T-Bone's is a grocer/ marketplace in Wexford. They have an amazing deli, hot food bar & bakery! They have daily menus and specials of shopping for hot food. I had their breaded chicken tenders and they were amazing- great crunch. I also frequent T-Bone's for their Strawberry Shortcake. It is our go-to for a birthday cake. Delicious white cake layered with cream icing and strawberry puree. To be honest all of their desserts look incredible - just can't get away from the Strawberry. read more

I stopped by here earlier this month with my wife for lunch. We had both driven past T-bones many times before but it wasn't until our transportation at the hospital told us that we had to try their chicken that we decided to go there. I entered the store right around 11 not really knowing what to expect. The inside of this place ended up being a supermarket with a prepared foods section and then a baked goods counter. Since I wasn't there for the supermarket section, I immediately headed into the prepared foods section. Sadly they didn't have the recommended baked chicken on that day but they did have some fried chicken. So I ended up ordered a wing, thigh and breast as well as some spicy chicken tenders and then a bbq pork sandwich which I think they claimed was a pound. After that I went over to the bakery area and got myself a carrot cake and my wife a tiramisu bomb. After we got home, the first thing that I dug into was the pulled pork sandwich. It ended up being quite good as the sauce was flavorful while the pork itself was moist. I also appreciated the bun and piece of cheese they put on it. After that, I tried a piece of the chicken and found it to be good and moist. The breading wasn't as crispy as I would have liked, but i think that's because of the time we took to get home. Finally after that was done, I was going to try some of the spicy chicken tenders, but whenever I was looking at the ingredients, I noticed MSG, so I stayed away. However my wife enjoyed it and ate it for lunch the next few days. As for the deserts, well they were both good. The carrot cake was moist as you would expect and then the cream cheese icing was good. Then my wife appreciated the tiramisu bombe and everything that was is in it. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. We both enjoyed all of the food we tried here and I would be interested in trying some more desserts, as well as that highly recommended baked chicken. read more

Looking for something small to pickup on your way home or need to do a full grocery shop? This little gem should be your next stop. From the outside the store looks small but step inside and you'll be astounded by the wide variety of items they carry. It's one of our favorite places to stop into for a quick pickup dinner on our way home. They also carry some specialty items that we haven't seen too many other places. The parking lot is usually really busy but instead moves along quickly. Definitely check this place out! read more

My mom is elderly with health problems, lives near by and T-Bones is the only grocery store that she feels comfortable going to. They have taken covid seriously since last March. They require people to wear masks as they should and limit the amount of people who go in. They also limit the people in certain areas within the store. It's a small store so that's very important. Their produce is always fresh. They always have a great variety. Their herbs always look great and their prices are reasonable. We love their bakery. The peanut butter mousse pie is to die for. I am not a big cake fan. I wanted it for my birthday. We loved it. We also love their prepared foods. The fried chicken is unreal. My mom loves their shrimp mixture and pasta salad. Their meats are always nice. In fact, we ordered a Turkey breast for Thanksgiving and it was very easy to make and delicious. We'll be doing that yearly now. They were very organized and it was easy to order and pick up. Their items are a little bit expensive (no more so than the large local chain) but so worth it. They are a local company and care about their customers. Shop there. Give them money instead of that large chain. read more

The food is fantastic! Their prepared fresh salads and fruits, their sandwiches and cheese trays are terrific, deli and butcher shop are great. I consider this a family-run, high end convenience store. As such, the cashier people could at least smile when checking out a customer. Noticeably unfriendly, if not a little rude. With that, the ambiance of the store falls completely flat. It could be such a fun place to go, since it's a beautiful store. Even T-Bones's amazing dessert trays can't overcome the lack of warmth and welcome at the checkout stand. read more

T-Bones is a great little grocery store that has things from fresh produce, to snacks and local Pa-based chips, Italian groceries, Asian sauces, local freezer items and a nice but small selection of cheeses. They also sell freshly butchered meats that look to be good quality, but I have yet to try them. They also have a deli and prepared foods that would make for an easy dinner! They also feature fresh baked goods such as giant cinnamon rolls, wonderful cookies, and cakes. They also have a huge assortment of ice cream pints, from Perrydell to Glens. Since there's so many wonderful options, it's quickly becoming my favorite secondary grocery store, I love the selection of local PA/Pittsburgh items, and their desserts and freshly prepared foods are well priced!Chances are you're bound some really coo, unique,l and delicious things at T-Bones! read more

They carry vegetables, fruits, meats, fishes, bread products, dairy products, oils and condiments, prepared foods, snacks, beverages, etc. I bought many but not all items that were on my shopping list. Do NOT expect a product selection like at Giant Eagle. Here are my reviews for their house-made products and my overall experience: Fried chicken - 4 stars - My two legs and one thigh had a crispy, tasty breading and juicy meat. My husband described his leg and breast as "pretty good" and "definitely better than KFC." Cinnamon roll - 4 stars - The cinnamon rolls are large in size. My husband said that the outside was "dry," but the inside with the cinnamon and icing was "good." I agree with him. The insides were moist and flavorful. Deviled eggs - 3 stars - I prefer my deviled eggs to have a more tangy taste. My husband described them as "plain." Service - 3 stars - The employee at the deli counter said hello, correctly bagged the items that I selected, and wished me a good day. In the checkout line, one customer was ahead of me, and no customers were behind me. The cashier greeted me and efficiently rung up my items. The cashier also bagged my items, and the bagger who was standing there asserted herself and said that the work was her job. I hope that they resolve their conflict. Prices - 2 stars - Many items had higher prices than they do at large supermarkets. read more

I absolutely love this little Market. They have a very small but adequate grocery area offering fresh produce, and normal grocery items just on a smaller scale. The Bakery, Deli, and Meat department are outstanding. They also offer catering and the foods are very good and a huge variety is offered. They sell Boars Head Meat in the deli, which is great quality. They also have a to-go case where you can pick up salads, small cakes, cheese cups, sandwiches, etc. and they even have coffees/lattes etc available near the bakery case. If visiting you must try the Strawberry Shortcake Cake, it's out of this world delicious. read more

Stopped by here for some quick sandwiches while house hunting. They place was very busy so they are doing something right. Unfortunately the pre-made sandwiches is not one of those things. I grew up coming to T-Bone's. I am now in my 39's and now live out of state, yet whenever I reflect on my childhood, I think of T-Bones Marketplace. I think of high school, driving home from drill team practice and stopping by to pick up a warm styrofoam-contained dinner and snack. I remember being a very young child, running to pick out a piece of candy from the shelving at the end of the produce aisle. Walking through the front doors feels like coming home and every time I'm back in town, I make a special point to visit the shop even if it's just to pick up a piece of candy or a quick snack from the prepared foods case. read more

I love T-Bone's!! My office is about 3 mins away, so my coworkers and I are at T-Bone's at least once a week. The hot food deli counter is the best. They have daily specials for lunch and dinner that change every week. Tuna melt Friday is my favorite day! The workers at the counter are freaky fast. They are always working efficiently because this place gets PACKED during lunch time. The only down fall of going to T-Bones during the lunch rush is the parking lot is super small so pulling in and out can be tricky and annoying. I would highly suggest T-bones for lunch, dinner, or catering! read more

Every visit to T-bones actually makes grocery shopping fun! Ok so the prices are above average but it's worth it to get some of the specialty items. The store isn't big in size yet they seem to have everything! I love the prepared hot foods. They are ready for purchase for lunch /dinner. Serving size for 1 person. There is even pineapple homemade salsa or small servings of different types of popcorn. Vast selection of Boars Heads meats.. a decent size produce selection. I picked up some "Coconut Strips" to snack on at work. They are delicious! I can't tell you the last time I saw something like this in a grocery store. Anytime I am in the area .. T-Bone's Marketplace - Every bite taste like.. "summer" - Grocery Near Me - Wexford, Pennsylvania

One of the finest establishments in the area. The deli serves delicious food, both hot and cold, and the deli clerks are always happy to help you in any way you can. One of the older gentlemen seems to be a bit aloof and clumsy but always serves you with a smile and ends up getting your food in the end. I recommend the Asian Kale Salad; it's delicious but seldom seen in the case so grab it when you can. read more

This small business has everything you could think of. I love supporting local. They also have hot food daily and everything tastes great.

This place has a really good bakery. I stop in twice a week for a muffin or a scone, and a milk. Why do I have to stand at the display case and wait several minutes for someone to serve me when there are people working RIGHT THERE? The exact same thing happens at Soergels. An employee is standing right behind the glass and refuses to even acknowledge me. "Be right with you, sir." It's not hard to do. read more

T-Bone's is my favorite place to shop as it has just about everything I need. It has plenty of fruits and veggies for salad fixings, lots of nuts and dried fruits too. It's a great little grocery with canned and baking supplies, pop, chips/crackers, an aisle of frozen foods and treats as well. Then you have several grab-and-go of salads, sweets, prepared meals, etc. Their meat and deli counters are the BEST! and I love Friday sloppy joes ;) Their bakery counter is loaded with muffins, cakes, donuts and awesome sweet treats! Unassuming little market in a small strip mall at the corner of Brandt School and 910. Small little store, however what lies within - a small bakery that is awesome-tastic!!! The cookies are so good. My favorite, the peanut butter cup cookie. Although, if you aren't into peant butter cups (shame on you, just kidding) there are so many others to choose from including chocolate chip, heath bar, snickerdoodles, chaos, and there are more. And if you don't like cookies take a peek in the case, oh my, Cheesecakes, tarts, and cakes too. Definitely a gem and worth a little look see. read more

Would do 2.5 stars if I could. Really disappointing experience with their meat department. I'll start by saying this is a really nice store with a good selection of consumer items and brands. The produce also looks great. Here's the issue. We put in and order for a ham. A very specific order for a party. When we went to pick it up it was the exact opposite. Water added...no bone....all in all a basic crap store ham...and it was expensive. When we went to return it the manager was really difficult and tried to tell us that it was the only type of ham available. After trying to convince us to take the ham she finally refunded our money...though made a fuss the entire time. Next time just admit the mistake and refund the money without trying to make us feel like we were causing her pain. read more

T-Bones has some of the best fresh bread around. The Cheese sticks are great and the pepperoni bread is also awesome. If you ever pass by you should stop in and give them a try. Slightly expensive but great quality makes up for price. As others have mentioned their prepared foods are also great, and meat selection is also good. read more

I used to live within walking distance from T-Bone's Marketplace. I guess T-Bone is a rapper or something, and I don't know why he opened up a marketplace but I'm glad he is because this place is pretty great. It's got everything you need, but it doesn't take all day to walk through like a regular grocery store. If you want some nuts or lettuce or a steak or cake then just walk in and buy it! They've usually only got one or two registers open, which is great, because it's not a huge store - T-Bone likes to keep his business tight, like his crew. There's not a hundred people in here getting choked through two registers like at a Giant Eagle or something. The prices are good, and they don't pull a bunch of stupid sales like the other stores so you can't tell if something is a good price or not - it's just the freakin' price that it is! read more

So I've done a lot more business with T Bones since my last review and I felt I should update. My clients actually request that I order food from here. Honestly....Dana & her team do such a nice job with catering and are willing to bend over backward to accommodate any requests. They are responsive and right on time every single time, not to mention their catering prices are beyond reasonable. From a grocery store/market standpoint: I also love their breakfast sandwiches in the morning and they have fresher produce than any other grocery I've been to. Their desserts and pastries are TO DIE FOR and during Lenten, you can smell the amazing fried fish literally from the stoplight in front of the plaza. My mom has been shopping there since I was little, now I go there with my kids. So many pre-made things that are so much better there than anywhere else. The chicken salad, potato salad, crab cakes, and cheddar potatoes in the deli are great examples. And don't pass up the pepperoni bread or cheese sticks in the bakery, they're delicious! They do run a little on the pricy side, but you'll find that at almost any independent grocer like this. If you want quality, you do have to pay for it nowadays. read more

I had heard of T-Bone's from a couple friends and couldn't resist stopping here around lunchtime recently when driving from a doctor's appointment. It's a very small establishment but offers a nice variety of fresh produce, fruit/salads/sandwiches, specialty items, and prepared foods. I was pleased with the fruit and specialty items that I purchased but would love to come back and try some of the prepared food (which I hear is outstanding). The only negative for me is ingredient labeling of some of the prepared items. I have a soy allergy and was uncertain if some of the items that I wanted contained soy or not (particularly the vague information on the salads and sandwiches). read more

This is a great neighborhood market. They have great fresh meats and seafood, plus great prepared foods. Great place to go to get stuff for your dinner party or picnic. I say great a lot. They have prepared sandwiches, homemade salads, fried chicken. I personally love the bakery. It's really, really great. They have really good pies. I like to pick up pie or dessert by the slice. I have fallen in love with the lemon berry jazz bars and their brownies are A #1. I can't say enough about how great this place is. I said great, again. Check it out~! read more
