We purchased our tickets online in advance and had no issues with the line when we arrived around 7pm. Check-in was quick and easy -- we showed our online tickets and received wristbands for all three tours. The tours themselves were pretty short, each lasting about 10-15 minutes, so we finished all three in roughly 35 minutes. Overall, it seems more geared toward teenagers. There isn't much for younger children to do. One suggestion would be to have food vendors or a food truck available. Porta potties were onsite, which was convenient. A fun experience, but a little more to explore would make it even better! read more

Very small but I know this place will get better as the years go by. The paintball was fun but the only reason for my low rating is they need to fix the driver stops. If you sit behind the driver cab you will not be able to shoot the zombies because the driver stops way to in front and the guns do not turn enough to even shot your target. If your in middle your the only one that has a chance to shoot a zombie. We waited like 2 hours in line for tickets and the ride was only about 8min. This time around they only had 1 zombie in each area so not much to shoot at but corn. I paid for extra ammo but didn't even use most of it because I had nothing to shoot at. read more

If you want to do the Zombiefied (Paint Ball), I suggest you get there early!! Our crew did not plan on doing this ... Got here at 6:15.... And the line was long already. They opened the window for tickets at 6:30. They have 2 people working the window, HOWEVER, only 1 is taking Payment and one is counting tickets ‍ BUT WHY THOUGH?!? This is why it takes soooo long to purchase tickets. Zombiefied was SOLD OUT by 7:15!!! Got our tickets 7:45... I was really excited to visit this haunted house after seeing ads and TikToks about it. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. and immediately noticed the long line to buy tickets. By the time I purchased mine, it was 7:20 p.m., and I was disappointed to learn that the paintball attraction was sold out. I was told to come back at 9:00 p.m. This was frustrating, but since I had already waited so long, I decided to check out the two haunted houses and one maze instead. The haunted houses and maze were great--quick but fun and definitely worth it. By the time I finished, it was 8:30 p.m., so I got back in line to ask about the paintball. Unfortunately, the woman at the counter was rude and seemed annoyed that I had returned to ask again. She told me to wait off to the side and said she would let me know if the attraction reopened. After waiting for about 20 minutes, a guy with a disco ball finally told us they could reopen the paintball attraction. He explained that they had to close earlier to avoid fines for staying open past 11:00 p.m., which was understandable. However, the paintball experience was a huge letdown. You don't really get to shoot at anything; you're mostly shooting at a gray fence. It took about 30 minutes just to get on the ride, and overall, the attraction wasn't worth the time or the price. For $25 you get 2 haunts and a go around through the corn maze. The line for purchasing the tickets was a longer wait time than going through all the haunts and maze together! Everyone lined up for the zombie paintball first so all the other attractions was mostly empty. A few props in the center of all the attractions to take pictures with. My boyfriend thought it wasn't worth the price since we were in and out in less than 45 minutes but waited in line over an hour. I thought it was fun for a one time visit. They have a lot of potential. I went on the last day and it was such a fun, scary immersive experience. The haunted house "medical mayhem" was very well done with actors really in character. The corn maze "scarecrow corntrail" was cool with a few scares (thank god). We couldn't get the tickets for the zombie shooting ride ("paintball zombie attack"). Overall, super impressed especially for Davis and highly recommend. I heard people said this is much better than the Sacramento Scream Park. In terms of wait time, the venue opens at 7pm. We arrived at 7:10pm and waited in line for 90 min to get tickets (tickets can only be purchased on-site). For the length of experience, the haunted house "medical mayhem" took 5~10 min to go through, while the corn maze took 15~20 min. There are no food or beverages sold on-site, so be sure to not come hungry. Also if you come towards the end of October like we did, make sure to dress warm as you may be waiting in the cold (with a slight breeze) for a while and the temperature continues to drop as the night goes on. read more

Short review: Extremely disappointed. Wait time for the paintball attack is super long. We waited about 2h 40m for it. Long review: My group and I got there at 6:30 pm to buy tickets (they open at 7 pm but we went early) and we didn't get in until 7:40 pm. We chose the Zombified admission which included all 4 of their attractions for $45. We went straight to their Zombie Paintball Attack but didn't get to ride it until 10:20 pm. At first they only had one truck and then they got a second truck. Except both trucks were having issues so after every group they had to open the hood to do some work, go under the car, or jump start the car. Part way into our ride the air tank was used up so we had to circle back to get it fixed. We went out again and it still wasn't working so we had to come back. At this point I didn't even want to go back out because I was worried we wouldn't be able to do any other attractions as they close at 11 pm. By the time we got back it was 10:45 pm so we had 15 minutes to do everything else. We went to the Scarecrow Corntrail and entered the wrong way because there were no signs or directions for where the entrance or exit was. We went in from the exit because it's the first and biggest opening you see when walking towards the trail. So after walking a good ways in, a worker finally told us we were going the wrong way and to turn around. We had to backtrack the way we came in and missed the whole beginning section. Also it seemed like they were suppose to have workers out there to scare people but we hardly saw anyone. By the time we were out it was 10:57 pm so we had time to do one last attraction which was the Medical Mayhem. I'm disappointed with the wait time and how much I spent considering I didn't get to do all of the attractions. I would not come back nor recommend this unfortunately. I could not recommend Fear Farm enough!! I have been a huge fan for the last 7 years always looking forward to their seasonal haunts which have been expanding and getting better and better each year. There's nothing like the zombie attack paint ball experience. Its a wild ride (like Indiana Jones in Disneyland) meets haunted corn maze meets paintball! So unique and again you won't find anything like that nearby. The haunts are great with great decorations, scary cast and crew. This is an amazing local and small business of hardworking people. Didn't get to do the zombie ride due to it being sold out but that looked like the best thing they had . Now to the not so good , they had NO vendors selling Hot Chocolate, Apple Cider , Coffee , water , NOTHING. They could have spent $50 of hot chocolate packets and hot water and made $500 ... Also the porta potties wasn't the cleanest ... These guys used to put on a great Haunt. Now they seem to really concentrate on the zombie paintball. You will only be able to get tickets to that if you show up 2 hrs. Before the ticket booth even opens and 3 hrs. before the gate opens to the "Fear Farm". We showed up at 5:15 and were 10 people short of getting the zombie paintball tickets. The ticket office said there " might" be a second round and would announce that around 8pm. Well, we went inside at 7:30 to wait for the announcement and there were all ready 100 plus people in the "other" zombie ticket line. So communication by the ticket office was wrong. Maybe we went on an off night, but there were only 3 scare people walking around. It was a very boring atmosphere. Where was "skid" ? The 2 haunts were OK, but the corn maze was a waste. You basically just walked through. Only 3 scare people in there ... and they were having conversations through their masks, so no scares there either. Just very disappointing. I used to talk highly of Corbetts, but something changed. I would not waste your time going here. Prices were cheap, and now I know why. Went on the day before Halloween. My boyfriend and I paid a lot of money plus additional only to felt disappointment in the end. We were excited to do the zombie ride and the deal for extra PAINT SHELLS was $5 for two. The instructor was lively and asked us if are guns are alright and NOT JAMMEd. I should have known because....Barely through the ride my gun got jammed. The ride was intense and you can definitely smell the gas and the engine. The zombies were...lazy. They were behind a small fence and doing small walks back and forth. I remembered two zombies made us laugh because of their poses. But overall experience for that particular "ride" was just awful. And don't bother paying extra money for paint shells when you barely have the range to shoot at the zombies. The corn maze left a bitter taste in my mouth. Not because of the smell of corn or dusk but people. Honestly, if it wasn't for my boyfriend I would have gone insane on that woman and her snarky attitude. Anyways, the jump scares in the corn maze was not all too surprising. The feel bad for the actors who were hiding in the corn...I mean, I'd hate to be outside in the cold surrounded by corn and bugs and darkness. We ventured to some questionable haunted houses and I really liked the 3D one. It was strange and different and you do get a little scared because of the 3D effect. There was one that had a casket/funeral type theme and I made a remark during that, "this feels just like a day at work" -- Mortician Then, there's the corn field. If we hadn't just gone to another corn maze....it would've been enjoyable, but found it to be blasé. It's literally a corn maze, in the dark, with few actors that jump out in various spots. -- Meh -- Favorite part of the evening? One of the attendant's checking wrist bands had insinuated to asking for my wife' number. We weren't holding hands, and it is dark so maybe our rings weren't that visible, but it was hilarious when she had suggested getting digits.... and my wife, confused, had said, "What number? huh?" and the lady says to me: "you can tell her what I said inside" it's become the joke b/t us now! 10-20-2018 We had FREE tickets to rendezvous since our 1st visit here was very disappointing. Hey free tickets lets GO!!! We went straight to the Zombie attraction. Finally all their trucks were running. We were able to skip the long line as being able to fill one of the trucks. Each truck carries 10 passenger. On this occasion they needed 2 more passengers to fill a truck and we were selected. Thus skipping the long line.... Let me tell you... this was nothing I have ever experience in my life. I have been to countless shooting ranges starting my carer in the military, to current career and private shooting ranges and even paint ball ranges. This tops them all because we were able to shoot zombies and not be prosecuted and sent to prison for life LOL The driver was dope and driving in a reckless manner (a good way) took us away from reality like I was in Walking Dead. The weapons were paint gun filled with 100 rounds. The zombies were behind a chain link fence,. But being that Im properly trained I KNOW I hit some of them in the soft spot LOL of course they are all protected with extra padding... This puts me in one of the old western movies where shootings take place from a moving horse carriage shooting the enemy... Im giving them 5 stars because this place is legit. We went on Halloween night close to closing time so there was not a big line for the attractions. We rode the Zombie Ride, walked the Corn Trail, and went through the Blackout. The lines were really short and the workers were nice. The Zombie ride was really fun. The tickets are 25.00/person and are sold at a limited amount per evening. I was scared at first because fast moving objects ignite my anxiety. But once I got use to the motion, the entire experience was exhilarating and worth the initial anxiety. We were driven through the corn maze in the back of a flat bed and shot paint bullets at Zombies. It was a really great time. We also went through the Corn Trail. The man at the register gave us free tickets to go through it. I didn't want to go because I am easily scared. But the man gave free tickets; so, I had to go. It was okay. I got scared by people a total of 3 times. For those looking for a more thrilling experience, you would probably wish that there were more people lurking through the bushes. The Blackout is a maze in pitch darkness. There are no people in this maze. It was relatively short and a fun time. This maze was free to walk through so it was nice. There is also an attraction called the Carn-evil, where there are clowns that are in there to scare you. My group does not like clowns of any type, so we did not participate. read more
