If it's Halloween related I'm into it. I've come here for a few years in a row now and each time its been getting better. This isn't Universal Studios, of course, but compared to the other haunts around the greater Sacramento area this is the one worth going to. Some of these animatronics are next level. The haunters inside milling about vary quite a bit in their scare abilities, but the ones that are skilled know how to get you. Very happy to see they lowered the lights - it adds so much to the effect - and included many pass-thrus where the haunters can pop out at random in front of you after you just passed them. Make sure to sign up for the presale (hello $12 ticket). Highly recommend the Fast Pass if you are going to bother attempting this in the second half of October or on a Saturday night. I'm not sold on Immediate Entry, so we just upgraded to Fast Pass and it was definitely worth it. I'll be back next year. Happy Halloween!

This was such a fun spooky night out! They have four fully themed haunted houses with really impressive props and detail. It's a straight shot walkthrough, so once you start, you go house-to-house without breaking the flow. It took us about 30-45 minutes total, and we only waited around 10 minutes thanks to the Immediate Entry pass (definitely worth the extra $15-$30 if you want to avoid the long lines). There were some really good pop-up scares and high-anxiety moments that got our whole group yelling and laughing. Not for the faint of heart, but super fun if you enjoy a good adrenaline rush. The staff kept things lively and engaging throughout. Located in a shopping plaza, parking was super easy, and there was a small snack vendor outside for post-scare treats. Children do need to be accompanied by an adult, and honestly, this is a great group activity -- the reactions make it even better. Overall: A solid haunted experience in Sacramento Highly recommend if you want something immersive and exciting!

We have been attending every year. I've tried the purchase with the fast pass and it's worth it, those lines can be super long! But they do a good job keeping everyone entertained whether it's the decorations, videos playing on the building, spooky music or you can see the occasional character coming around interacting with the guests. They are all super nice people. The detail to the scene sets are awesome! It's nice when there is a little light to see everything. This year 2025 it was a bit dark so we didn't get to enjoy the sets as much. Overall it's a great night with friends and family to try.

It was so so so good, came here to scream and it makes you scream. It was worth every money and I would really love to visit it again and again. The people scares you in person. Be ready to go crazy and heart pounding

I wasn't too sure about paying $35.00 for a make-shift haunted house...But this was GREAT! Great characters that roamed around while you stood in line waiting to enter the house.. Some characters scared, even the most savvy person of the paranormal. Loved it!! Will definitely do it again next year with more friends. Yes, there are long lines, as well as out houses for bathrooms, but it's all good. Went with 8 co-workers, and we all had a great time!!

Definitely wear tennis shoes & have phone for flashlight or mini flashlight. The walk to the ticket entrance is very dark and your on outside gravel/dirt. Also warning for those who are sensitive to smoke, the fog/smoke they use for the fear factor is very thick and if you have any migraine/eye issues they do use strobe lights in the haunted houses. There are 3 haunted houses and it's difficult to see which line is which when you first arrive. I recommend the following order to get the best results out of visiting here. Note there are several "exit" signs inside each haunted house but isn't the "right" path to take through them. The staff may redirect you to the right direction. 1st go to the Zombie haunted house - very low scare but be prepared to duck down through part of the course. 2nd go to the Psycho Circus - I'd say mid level scare and length. 3rd go to Cemetarium last - this is the bigger haunted house with better scare. Be prepared when walking that there are different levels and could slip if you don't take it slow. Overall 3 star as the staff was extremely nice, costumes were great.

My kids enjoyed the rides, and they also liked doing mini golf. The place wasn't too crowded. There wasn't too many attendants so we had to wait for one staff member to control about 3 rides at a time. I can imagine that is tiring for some of the kids working there. The arcade itself was fun, but when my kids wanted snacks, everything we wanted was unavailable (slushie, dip and dots, and hot dog). Not to mention, the soda was flat! The staff helping us was so nice we didn't sweat it. Really... we didn't need to spend money anyways lol. We brought water. What got me was that the park was split into two areas divided by a small parking lot. If it's your first time, start with the area with the mini golf . That's where you purchase points or wristbands for the days activities. All in all kids had an outlet for their endless energy. A time was had.

They should offer a pumpkin with the entree fee to make things worth while, in my opinion. I wouldn't return.

And it's not even October yet. Mwahahaha. Apparently 2015 was the 15th annual of this Zombie Walk (thanks to Yelp of course for listing this under events because I wouldn't have found it otherwise) and it didn't disappoint. I arrived mid walk around 8pm (walk started at 730). It was dark, and dare I say over 1000 zombies were walking in a mass up 10th St. Flashing light police escort and all. People were reallllllly into it. Some of the makeup and outfits are flat out amazing. I found the guys from Callson Manor (who do the HUGE haunted houses out in Old Roseville) and they tossed me a couple of free passes. SCORE! Vendors were some friendly peeps. You can even get your makeup done by these special FX pros for reasonable prices. I got a demo on how to use liquid latex to make some gnarly gashes. Also got to purchase some hand made latex scars for later use this year. Bonus was a showing- for free- of the classic Night Of The Living Dead. Only bummer was that all the food trucks started running out of damn near everything at 830. Boo. I will be back next year, my zombie friends, and this time in broad daylight to enjoy more festivities.
