Would not recommend. Stapler's commercial says "they care and can help" but instead you get rude and inattentive.

We called nearly every attorney in central Texas, and no one would help us except Manuel. He took his time to listen to us, made us felt like we were his only clients which we weren't. Truly a blessing. When you're going through a difficult time, it's so important to have someone who is truly in your corner, Manual is that person. He is passionate, caring and so good at what he does! I would recommend him again and again.

He came in looking like the weekend was rough, acted like it was a privilege to see him, talked down to us, and would not THOUROUGHLY read ANY of the stacks of documents we had. He kept cutting us off in the middle of trying to explain why we needed assistance. I called and got told to come in, when they could have said "No". I came with all documents. Mr. Beatty comes in the room looking like I interupted the company picnic. It was a 1pm appointment and he strolls in about 1ish. All of this could have been handled over the phone. His office could have taken the time to tell us they weren't equipped unwilling unstead of having me drive all the way down there. I also found it odd I never got a call to confirm my appointment and when I get there I have to ring a bell. He doesn't know what a potential client went through or their mental state. He wasn't concerned. He was focused on getting us out his door like we were bothering him. He already had his mind made up before walking in the room. He lacked any sense of compassion or manners. Go to a lawyer who is going to listen and fight for you instead of fight against you.

Hiring BP Attorneys at Law (BPA) is like buying a boat, the two best days are the day you hire and…read morethe day you fire, in between is just a hole that you throw money into without getting anything back. We hired BPA in August 2023 to have a conservatorship set up for a grandchild. We gave BPA $4500, the anticipated cost, that BPA could draw against. In February we received an invoicing for additional money since the retainer had been depleted. To date, April 2024, the only action that has been completed is the serving of one of the parents notice of the suit in December. That for $4500.....wow. Here is the story, in August I spoke with Tim, Atty, about this case for my brother and his wife requesting a conservatorship of their grandchild that had been abandoned by their daughter. Tim was willing to discuss this and requested $4500 as an estimated cost for this case be put into an account that BPA could draw from monthly. August to December goes by and invoices have been processed and amounts paid. In January an invoice comes in and there is a request for more money as $4500 has already been spent. I attempt to find out what the $4500 had been spent on before I put more money into this account. This is where Krystal steps in and informs me that no one can speak to me because this case is for my brother and his wife. Interesting as they could talk to me about the case originally and were glad to take the credit card number for funding the account. Imagine this, a law firm knows nothing about a confidentiality agreement or an NDA, that my brother asked about and said he would be glad to sign. Still a No Go from Krystal. Then Mr. Pritchard contacted my brother by phone to discuss this situation and my brother understood that I would be contacted, and the information being requested would be provided. I sent a couple of emails to Krystal. Crickets. No contact from Mr. Pritchard or Tim. I sent an email specifically requesting: 1. Statement for the original funds indicating what each billing was for. 2. Status of case indicating what still needs to be done. 3. What the expected expense of getting to the close of case will be. I have asked for an accounting of what exactly the $4500 covered and what the expected future costs will be to complete this case. Crickets. Then in March a new invoice was submitted for $568 for the phone conversations with my brother and reading of my emails to Krystal. Crazy. Then in April a new invoice was submitted for $35 as a late charge. Really. As stated earlier, this is like owning a boat and just throwing money into it. We are dropping anchor. I would consider taking my money and buying a boat rather than hiring this firm, at least you can get some wind in your hair and maybe some fish in the boat or some swimming and skiing for fun.

Absolutely DO NOT use this law firm . They are rude and their way of communicating and billing is…read moreso ridiculous. They are ALWAYS out of town and then nothing happens on your case while they are out of the office. I waited over 30 days for one signature! You ask them a question , they bill you for it without even answering the question. I worked for a lawyer so I know what I'm talking about . I've paid almost 10k and waited over a year and I'm still NOT divorced. If you value your sanity DO NOT use them . They make an already unbearable situation worse !

They charge you for everything, decide to use only the information they want to use and repeatedly ask you for that information making you have more charges. Please, don't ask them to do anything because it is not going to happen and do not expect the dollar number they quote you to be anywhere near to be what they said. I used Mr. Tisdale three times. I think he honestly has one good employee. Every one else there is going to use and abuse you including him. Our first case was for my social security, which was straight forward. I had applied and been denied and put everything together for the appeal. They sent the packets in and I got approved. Mr. Tisdale did not tell me that I was able to get anything for the children on the case and my long term disability took a bite out of my butt for it. The second case was a nightmare. My daughter stared having problems so my ex wife thought she was going to readjust my time. My daughter was 16 about to turn 17. We fought hard for 1 year. I was paying 500 dollars a month, now i know that may not be a lot to some of you but to me that hurt the bank. The law assistant Ebony didn't know the law if it bite her in the butt. She would tell me one thing one week and then something the next. It was that way every week. We were quoted 10,000 bucks. We paid at least 5000 more than that. They nickeled and dimed us for everything. They had this site they were supposed that we were supposed to log into to email and get our bills. I never got access. So I had to call in each month, and every but stood around for 30 minutes asking when I didn't go to the site every month. Then I got charged for it. Then I got charged for them to email it to me. He eventually credited me some money supposedly but couldn't tell me where it came from or what it was for. He took two month long breaks during the case and was unreachable. I sent him three emails begging for help and nothing. Keep in mind during this time they were dicking me around my sister that was 39 died from an overdose and my grandma passed away. When we went to Mediation the first time my ex-wife showed up with the mediator and we were not there. I was never told and he said he never had the email. I thought it was ex-wife playing games. When we had the actual mediation he scheduled court right at the 4 hour mark so he had to leave so if it went over I dont know what would have happened and left and I had to finish by myself. I get being busy but we were not treated as any part of a priority. Finally we get to the end and we agree on mediation. This is June of 2024. We should be close to done right. Nope. There Lawyer goes on vacation for a month. Everything stalls. Nothing happens, and I am getting charges, and I mean thousands of dollars as I am waiting to find for the final papers and they get to me and they are WRONG!!!!! When I tell they are wrong the lawyers aid tells me there is nothing they can do because we agreed in mediation even know what was changed was not even talked about. This is September. It takes to December, I am finally pissed, my wife is pissed. I threaten to put a stop payment if things don't get straight. This is when we get the credit though it makes no difference. We get the second set of papers, still wrong. He sends me the wrong custody that is not even the original custody that we had in the first place and is defiantly is not what is supposed to be and I get charged 500 bucks an hour. Finally we get everything squared away because I get the papers from ex wife from her lawyer and sign it and send it to him. They send it back for me to look at it. ITS WRONG AGAIN! Jesus help me. It takes 2 more times to get it right. Then we are waiting for the pay agreement that Ebony tells me she has and the lawyer tells me they don't. They charge me 8 times for that. When it is finally over then send me a letter they charged me 250 dollars to draft saying they were hoped I was happy with their service. The third case my wife hit a cow. It was bad. 20,000 dollars in damage to her traverse. she had major bruising and nerve damage and she will never recover completely. If she had hit head on she would have died. Tisdale took the case. The wife that owned the cow, her husband had been a judge or sheriff or something. We filed with USAA and they did everything they could to the point that they told me I needed to get a lawyer and they got their own. Tisdale picked up the case. You only have 2 years to do anything. He waited 1 year 9 months or 10 months. Then he sent her a letter with the cost of what everything was. She sent the letter back. Then got a lawyer. Then sent it to the lawyer, and the lawyer said they thought they could do something. Then Tisdale sent a letter saying he was no longer our lawyer. A month before the time ran out. A week before my sister passed away.

I swear to God, I couldn't dream up this excuse. I was shocked, still shocked…read more First of all, I need to make it known that I did not hire this guy, and yes, WHEN HE SHOWED UP A WEEK AFTER THE SCHEDULED COURT DATE, he won for his client. It should also be known that it was a straight forward family case, which is pretty much always stacked against the man. It was the kind of case that is an easy win for any attorney. We were just hoping for the best. So anyway, THIS is the reason I would advise EVERYONE against hiring him. Our case was the first one on the docket. After waiting for half an hour for him to show up, the JUDGE asked his clerk to call him. Joshua Tisdale said he didn't have the hearing on his schedule. He told the clerk he was on his way. The clerk came back saying he wanted to reschedule. We said no. After he just said he was on his way to the court house, he called back to say he couldn't be there until late in the day. We said that was fine, we'd wait. As if it's not bad enough that a PROFESSIONAL apparently forgot a COURT DATE, he called the clerk back again and said he couldn't make it at all. And this is what I just can't believe.......The part I don't think anyone could possibly dream up. The most ridiculous excuse that a professional would give for missing a court date. The clerk told us, and I quote, "He has an appointment with his mother." I swear to God that's the excuse he gave for not showing up. Seriously. He actually said that. What kind of man who's been practicing law for SEVEN YEARS wastes: 1_ His own clients time, not mention their money? 2_ The judges time? 3_ The time of his professional peers in the law community? His mother? Seriously? An attorney can't think of a better excuse? At the very least, he should have said he was sick, or a family emergency, or SOMETHING other than an appointment with mom. He had some good reviews a couple of years ago, but something has obviously happened. I saw a review of his services on another site by someone who DID hire him recently. They also said he didn't show up for a court date for his OWN CLIENT! If he was my attorney, I wouldn't give a damn about his mother. If I pay someone good money to represent me in court and they don't show up, they better be dead! Steer clear of this guy.
