My cousin asked me if I could drive their Chevy Camaro over here to get the back tires replaced. The tires were a special order and he had been notified that they had just come in. So of course I was more than happy to help out (did I mention it's a Camaro SS, ha!). I arrived at 8:30. The employee who checked me in was friendly and professional. He took my information and the keys to my car. Within 10 minutes they had the car in one of their work bays starting on the tire replacements. The waiting area was clean, consisting of 8 chairs in a "U" arrangement facing an HDTV. The showroom displayed the various tires they carried which included Michelin, Yokohama, Firestone, Uniroyal, and BF Goodrich - a nice selection and great quality tires. 30 minutes later the car was done, paperwork complete, keys returned, and I was back on the road. The bald tires had been replaced and the new BF Goodrich 275/40R20's tires looked and rode great (not to mention the safety factor). It was odd and semi rude but I ignored it and was friendly and turned the keys into the lady at front - She seems extremely rushed or annoyed. (maybe too busy or short staffed)? A telephone call came thru and I needed to ask about an alignment. I waited. After she hung up I asked about a alignment and balance- and she snipped and said "It HAS to be scheduled!! Its 80.00) I said OK and she walked away. I waited by the window again to go ahead and help my mother in law actually schedule the alignment as she was in the restroom at the time. I saw her walk to the back office annoyed for some reason (probably to complain to the guy in back office- blue shirt and one with grey sweatshit on)- who walked thru mumbling something like "it has to be scheduled.." (Note: We all already knew that and simply stood there to schedule it!) owner, staff and front desk lady must not have liked that I was waiting at window to schedule and started yelling at me! (My mother in law and I were extremely shocked) and advised her I was jot being pushy and just asking to schedule an alignment for my mother in law). We both ended up sitting down after this traumatic behavior and customer service. Sat there a while and then the front desk lady brough a book over and asked my mother in law to schedule alignment. It was all very orchestrated, rude and ridiculous but understand things get tense at times. As someone who has actually worked in a tire/muffler and oil change shop as a front desk scheduler, and receptionist/check in person I would have NEVER behaved like that to ANYONE (nor would have the owner/staff encouraged it all). - was the perception. Maybe scheduling, staffing or time mgt is an issue at this location but it was very unprofessional and rude and NOONE including ME or my mother in law should have been treated that way. Ridiculous especially for a small town where everyone clearly is related to everyone or knows people.

I called for an alignment on a car was told they were 4 weeks out on alignments. No way. That's a lie. If they are that busy and booked doing alignments they'd open up another bay to tap into that lost revenue. I called to get a quote on tires for my F250 (white truck in their photo above) they took my name and number and that's it. This place is going down hill quickly. I'll be taking my business back to Don Owen Tire. It's worth the drive and wait to know the people I'm working with care about my business. In one month I spent over $5,000 since then I can't get these folks to "want" my business again. Got my quote for my Nitto Ridge Grapplers within minutes of contacting another vendor and setup install apt. It's really that easy. Lost my money Wyatt!
