Tuffy removed a plastic shield component under the vehicle to perform an inspection which is attached with 24 plastic clips and returned the vehicle with only 4 of the 24 clips reinstalled (ie. failed to reinstall 20 of the 24 clips) which caused the plastic shield to drag on the ground upon leaving Tuffy. The manager refused to correct the problem, refused to install the 20 clips that Tuffy removed and failed to reinstall and hung up the phone.

And this was after I was told they put all their vehicles through a rigorous inspection process before they are resold and put back on the road.
