I'm expecting a pickup, but have not been informed when. Yesterday I came home to find a slip on my door, with NO time for me to expect the next attempt! And this is what they are supposed to pick up. It was left with NO explanation or doorbell ringing (I have a Ring), and I retrieved it from my front step 5 minutes after delivery. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I walked into the UPS location and asked for help with some heavy boxes I needed to return. It appeared that the owner, Ravi, approached me and said that I had to bring them in on my own, and suggested I use the dolly instead of offering to help me. I explained that they are too heavy to unload by myself, and if someone could give me a hand. He replied that I should have requested a pickup instead of a drop off because they are not required to assist the customer. It's very sad that the owner of this franchise clearly doesn't have good ethics or customer service. We shouldn't guide this young generation when they are learning these kinds of behaviors from terrible role models. I guess he was never taught what the term Gentlemen means. I dropped off a package to return back to Amazon on July 1 and it seams to be stuck in their warehouse in Lathrop California July 2nd and hasn't moved, it is now July 9th, I called UPS and because Amazon started the return, UPS will not talk to me about it or the delay, it is just sitting in the UPS warehouse for 8 days, who knows why.. This is a busy store. Especially during and after any holiday. The staff works hard to accommodate everyone. Here are a few things to know. Those folks who have a PMB (personal mail box) and receive packages will get notices in their box. Since I'm one of them I know that PMB customers form a line on the left. Since we are picking up our packages one of the staff will step aside to assist us. We are not cutting in line! Amazon returns form the line on the right. There is an Amazon checkout kiosk that is fast and easy. If no one is using it. Do yourself a favor and use it. You'll be in and out in no time. Unless.... You have misread the rules for your return. Moral? Understand your return. For all of the people waiting in a line out the door being rude does not help anyone. Like I said, the staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. But they can only take one person at a time. read more

Never ever shipping or returning anything from here again. I have had this UPS not properly scan in QR shipments multiple times and all Jessica has said is "this unfortunately happens all the time" but you know what? I'm not dealing with claims after waiting 30 days anymore than this. I have kept receipts for shipment thank god, but the tracking only shows label created. Even on items lost months ago. Is there some sort of operation to steal things going on here? Because one would think at the next possible location, the packages would be scanned in the system! Before this certain trip, I have always had a fine experience at these stores, but this time I came in with a doozy, and Jessica, the manager, was amazing. My father works in tech and was traveling in a remote area for work and needed a small drive sent to him, and I came in with more or less a hotel name in a foreign country with no zip code. Jessica was able to assist me in a helpful manner, while also helping people who were waiting on us to figure out this shopping conundrum. She was polite to everyone while obviously juggling a lot of requests. She was very knowledgeable and was even able to recognize people from past interactions and give them updates without them even needing to wait to ask. NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR PACKAGE! Had to wait since February 9th when package was suppose to get sent out then it was broke and everything is missing. When you file a claim with UPS Store and you "declared" a value & told them what's in the package as they "say it's standard procedure to ask value and items" BUT then their claims department say otherwise. Then state they say they are "not" responsible for improper or unsafe packaged items! They HELPED package the items (mind you; packaging was bought in the store.) How does this make any sense? I had to call the next day and remind them to forward my email I just sent them with all pictures and value amount to the claims department. They lack communication skill and customer service. I have been in customer service for 17 years and this is by far the worst I've ever seen. PS- For all you who THINK they handle with care I would reconsider In there 8.Packaging clause; states UPS does not provide special handling such as "fragile" or "Up arrows" or "this way up" This is directly from there claims department in an email they sent me. Basically they denied our claim so we lose out on $900 in items! You can also check BBB, Yelp comments for there integrity. It's a shame! The gentleman who claims to be the owner isn't, but is still a horrible business person and a port representation of the UPS brand. I like many others had a terrible experience today and he was of no help. So I reported their location to the corporate office franchise management, got a full refund on my purchase, and also reported them to the WA state sales tax commissioner for sales tax evasion. Where do i even start? CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Read this before doing business with these place. About two years ago it was sold to new owners and It's a mess in there! Under new ownership: They charged me .15 cents when I asked for 4 inches of tape to tape an envelope I was mailing. When I asked them if I could give them a medium/small cardboard box (as the previous owner used to take) to them they said, to drive up the ramp, to the right, there is a recycling bin, i could throw all my stuff there. The next day after my box was expired, they sent me a borderline threatening letter stating that if I wasn't to renew asap, no shipments under my name would be accepted. Bear in mind, WE HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR OVER 10 YEARS. Nope, didn't care about any of that. So we paid for the 4 inch tape, threw our own cardboard, and kept current with our payments. To my surprise, i go to pick up a package and they tell me i have to pick it up at the USPS. Really? yes, bc according to them they open at 9am and the USPS delivered at 8:30 am and they were closed. smh. So from now on, if I'm getting anything that has to go through USPS I guess I should go directly to them? As I'm driving confused to the nearest USPS with the slip they gave me, I get the package and I look at the name and THE PACKAGE IS FOR ANOTHER PERSON!!! The UPS store gave me CERTIFIED mail for another PAYING customer!!! With what peace of mind do I let these numbnuts handle my mail from now on? Every time I've gone into this store the customer service is appallingly rude. They never want to help you out with details you may not know about, they seem to do everything they can to NOT help you solve a problem. Their attitude if you happen to not be up on all the rules about Amazon returns is awful, letting you know " that's the way its always been" that is their answer so as to make you look like an idiot. It seems every time I'm in there I overhear the employees bad mouthing someone or a previous customer, displaying a very haughty attitude towards the public. They need to re train their employees on common courtesy and teach them the things they shouldn't be talking about in front of customers. I was impressed with this little UPS store (especially since the nearby FedEx store had abbreviated hours on Saturdays and are closed every Sunday. Not this UPS store, though!). The store is small and a bit dishevelled, with packing supplies and cards and the like, and photocopy machines and a wall of postoffice boxes. the counter is at the rear of the store and there are people's packages on shelves visible (and accessible, if someone wanted to) to the far side of the counter. I wasn't keen on that, but I suppose, with such a small store, that the employees can always keep an eye on them. And that brings us to the employees: they are amazing here. There was a young guy and a young gal working the counter today and boy, they were so friendly and so efficient. There was one customer who was rather rude to the female employee and she was super professional and polite and helpful, and she stood up for herself in the most courteous way. I was very impressed. The signs behind the desk listed all the services this store offered, including notary services, printing services and more. I was impressed. I love how this store has long Saturday hours and is open on Sundays too. I brought my own packing tape and "TO" and "FROM" labels to seal my package and address it properly. No need, as this place will seal and label your boxes for you. Despite the line of customers being long, it moved very quickly. The female employee helped me out a lot and boy, she knew her stuff. If you need something shopped out, this is definitely the place to go. read more

Bad news under new owners/management. Only some staff know how to run the shipping counter, leaving you standing there like a helpless sheep. Then if they manage to dial up a price, it's never the same twice. Main man there tried to charge me $43 for two day shipping of a ceramic bowl to Vancouver, WA. I kept insisting there was a lesser option, until he relented for around $15, and it got there in one day. Go figure! Don't go here unless you are desperate and have no other options. You may not want to be working there but are the "face" of the company. This store was recently bought by new owners. They do not offer Amazon returns or package on your behalf anymore. You have to bring the package to them with the return label attached, taped up and ready to go. They are no more than a drop-off. They even started charging to sit at the computer! Since I don't have a printer at home, this is quite an inconvenience. This used to be a great store. NOT anymore. The worst part is they don't tell you any of this on the website...and there is no sign that tells you the prices for each service (that used to be free), or that they don't offer the service anymore! read more

I'm down with brown (UPS). They recently helped me ship two items and gladly hand-held me through the process. I needed to overnight some documents. UPS provided the envelope needed at no extra cost. I didn't even have to write the address on the envelope. The representative typed the addresses directly into the computer and then had me review the printed shipping sticker with the information to confirm that it was correct. Being the dizzy blond that I am, I made a slight change and decided I wanted a signature confirmation upon delivery. The UPS agent was super friendly and helpful. He removed the existing shipping sticker and printed an updated one to include the additional signature service with a guaranteed next day delivery at 10:30 am. The documents actually arrived after 10:30, but it was only a few hours off. The second package I sent via ground shipping because of the inclusion of two lithium batteries. The gentlemen behind the counter discussed the rules and seemed knowledgeable of the policies in place which allowed the 2 batteries as long as the shipment was properly labeled. My used box was slighty frayed, but the agent went out of his way to tape those weak points as well as cover any existing labels and stickers to avoid any shipping/delivery confusion. I was offered insurance, and it was explained that signature delivery service is automatically included when the insurance value is over $100. The price was more expensive than I expected, but the high quality of service and the ease of working through the transaction was definitely worth it. read more

We've been utilizing this UPS store for at least six years now. Our primary reason is the mailbox we rent. Having a Bellingham address to ship things to has been awesome. The rental fee is typical, however the service is stellar. The staff is caring, friendly, and attentive. Eli, the branch Manager has watched over our shipments and mailbox needs with great expertise. Additionally, we truly appreciate the prompt email we receive when a package has been delivered. We highly recommend this UPS store, several of our friends following our recommendation, and renting their own Update: When I first wrote the review, I gave it five stars. The store was sold, and the new owner isn't honouring the way it had been run, the services we received. The staff has turned over several times...... We've canceled our mailbox. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I mail Christmas gifts every year with no issues. I decided to use the UPS pack and ship service this year. This store literally THREW my gifts in a box twice too big, threw one piece of bubble wrap on top, and mailed it. They charged me $80 for this "service". Half the gifts arrived torn and messed up and had to be rewrapped. When I showed them pictures of their "work", one employee was embarrassed and said to file a claim. They gave me a direct email. I emailed and was told nothing could be done. No apology, no refund, nothing. Horrible customer service, lazy shoddy work. I'm appalled at the whole thing- their work, their communication, and their customer service. read more
