She first sent over Dusty and Chad, Dusty is a super positive person and was great at explaining what I needed to do and what was wrong. Chad was a very nice person who answered questions easily and was very upbeat. The next visit, Gary and Dalton showed, again I had two very nice, down to earth and kind people, who explained the process and let me watch them work (the patience of these people is amazing lol!), while watching the process, I was impressed with Gary's thoroughness. These individuals are hard working guys who are willing to explain why they need to do what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone. A good company that helped me out expediently and cheerfully. I appreciate it all very much - thanks guys and Rachel!! Recommended for great service, great quality and even better value!

I contacted Bryant's Plumbing wanting a bid on a fixer upper project and I trusted Bryant because I…read moregrew up with him. He convinced me I'd be better off letting his guys work hourly, rather than getting a bid, and he told me the work should take 2-3 days. Trusting they'd get the job done in a timely manner proved to be a huge mistake. I received the invoice and was totally shocked to find he had invoiced me for 4 full days. His guys also left a huge mess. Rotted cast iron was left in the front yard, the clean out was uncapped and they didn't bury it, the tub was filled with disgusting wet insulation, and the hot water heater that had a leak was left behind. I immediately contacted Bryant to express my concern over the price and we just went round and round in circles over the phone. At the end of our conversation, I asked him why his guys had left such a mess to which he replied that they weren't done yet. So in other words, he was going to have his guys go back out and bill me for a 5th day. Wow! Seriously, if you're going to give someone an estimate on time, you should at the very least be in the ballpark, if you call yourself a professional. Also you need to communicate when you are taking longer than quoted and the customer is being billed by the hour. Plus why are you sending me an invoice before the work is done? Doesn't make sense. I believe if I hadn't called him out, he would have taken my money and left me with that mess. Claiming to provide quality workmanship...please, spare me. Check the pics. Does this look like quality work to you?

They know their business and are friendly to us and ours and helpful. Wife gives them 5 Stars! Let me add, these guys have bust their tails to get water back on to the house. They did it! What a wonderful job. Still have more to do, and will be back tomorrow. This company makes you fell like we are all one family. What a blessing!

This company was listed as a remodeling contractor. I have no complaints about the plumbing except…read moreit was expensive. But as for the other trades... Do NOT let the two men who identified themselves as painters anywhere near your walls. They have no concept of using tape or prepping before painting. They did not fill any nail holes before painting, and I am still cleaning up paint from the new tile floors. They painted all of my electronic equipment for no extra charge though. I ended up getting new doors, baseboards, and crown molding to cover up the mistakes that the painters made. This cost more than the original cost of the paint job. The walls still are streaked and uneven. The electrician acted as though he was doing me a favor by showing up to do what I paid him to do. He was to have installed all new switches and electrical plugs, which he didn't. He took the shortcut when he could. When a switch shorted out, he told me just not to use it. He left out an essential bolt in a ceiling fan. I discovered this after I got a new fan to replace the rattling one. Guess what instruction number 3 said to do. " "Insert bolt to hold motor in place." The tile was expertly laid, but the tile guys that did the grout left grout haze on all of my floors. All of them! I may never get it off. It was suggested that I wax them. Why would I get tile floors, so I could wax them ?!?!?! Those guys also left all their trash for me to deal with. There were 2 big garbage bags full and were too heavy for me to lift. I ended up doing some of the painting myself, and ordering mirrors and vent covers that never were delivered on my own. Never again!

I would get a second or 3rd opinion from another plumber or verify with a friend or contractor who…read moreknows something about plumbing. My sewage line wasn't draining properly so I got bid from them. They used a camera (sophisticated) to explore the sewage line, which was about 60 ft from the fence line/alley. Guy said that it was old clay pipe that needed to be replaced for $7000. And they would have to replace it all the way to the city main, which would make Abilene the only city that allows anyone to work on their city mains. So just to check on what the city had which I figured was upgraded to pvc (it was) I dug down to the sewer line at the edge of the property. So I started digging down to the sewer line a couple of other places just to verify what the plumber claimed. It ended up only being clay about 10 ft on my property from the city's line. So if the guy had been honest and not tried to grossly exaggerated or pad the estimate he would have said replace the 10 feet of clay because he couldn't have missed it with the camera that he ran from the trap next to my house down toward the fence line. This is probably a common way that unscrupulous plumbers line their pockets. It took a day to dig up that 10 ft of clay and replace w pvc. Cost $89 for supplies. What a profit margin. The sad thing or maybe part of the scam was the fish (Christian) symbol on his truck.
