By word of mouth, I heard that Shannon's shop did amazing and has been going strong for years on years and that theres never been a known complaint about the way they conduct business, treat you like a human being, I felt heard and understood, and i felt that they took extra steps to communicate that in a way that i could appreciate. I can say that they were the light in my dark situation and I'm definitely a fan. I never EVER felt like they weren't giving 1000% to put me first, from Valerie at the front desk whos stayed after hours several times just to make sure she got the customers concerns documented recorded and contacted, to her family and Shannon who was nothing short of personable relatable and forthcoming, to those behind them that work their magic to bring it together. I went in and got services and after the whole ordeal was over I was charged a lot more than expected and in fact I was charged $700 over the SF CA Price for the same service ( Meaning I was Gouged being i am not from OK) so I did not find this out until after and thinking i was getting work I thought i needed, I actually did not. I went to a shop 2 x after this location and 1 x before and each of the 3 shops proved there were no codes. This means I was lied to, and I got unnecessary work done. I reported this to the AAA and to the BAR and I will also attach the proof of the over charge from Oklahoma compared to the CA estimate. Although a Service was done with Smiles, I was still pretty much overcharged, paying $1093.00 plus some change.

We've only done business here one time buying a used vehicle, but I won't be returning. We've had…read morenumerous issues with the vehicle, two of which were pointed out immediately on the test drive but were shrugged off by the service manager and salesman. They offered to make one of the repairs (a bad window seal), but we live two hours away and bringing the car back wasn't really a viable option for a quick repair. They offered to pay for that repair so we could have it done locally. We still haven't seen a refund on that repair that we paid for. The other issue we had was a screeching/squealing coming from the front end that we pointed out on the test drive. After they inspected it again, they assured us it was just "ceramic brake pads rubbing slightly on the rotors". It was not the brake pads, but in fact the drivers front wheel bearing/hub assembly. This issue was evident upon initial inspection by my wife and I, but yet this vehicle passed through their shop and was allowed to be put up for sale and sold. A wheel bearing is a fairly serious safety concern, but that is of no consequence to McKinsey Ford. I've notified the salesman and have yet to receive a response. Small, home town feel for a Ford Dealership, but shady practices when it comes to preparing a pre-owned vehicle. I will NOT recommend McKinsey Ford until they make an effort to right these issues. They've gotten their money and wiped their hands of the situation in afraid. Edit: Also found out today that this vehicle had a bad Sync module causing the Navigation radio not to work properly and the USB ports to be dead. Software could not be updated and a new module had to be installed in the console in order to restore function. There's another $500 in repairs. Thanks, McKinsey Motors!

The part we replaced did not fix everything so he had to order another part which was going to take a few days to receive - he texted me to let me know that and asked if my mom was going to be home as he wanted to bring her a temporary mini fridge so that she would have access to cold drinks and food.
