I live in California so it is difficult for me to take care of everything for her. Grant communicates easily via text or call when I need something. The latest fix was for my mom's refrigerator. The part we replaced did not fix everything so he had to order another part which was going to take a few days to receive - he texted me to let me know that and asked if my mom was going to be home as he wanted to bring her a temporary mini fridge so that she would have access to cold drinks and food. This is not something that he had to do nor did I expect it; my mom is thrilled because she has been without for a few days. I confidently recommend Mobile RV and Camper repair to anyone and I will 100% be using any time that my mom's RV requires repair.

After evaluating the necessary repairs James (owner) said they would get the parts needed and to bring the RV in early the next morning! While we were waiting everyone was so nice with their Southern hospitality! Upon completion Dennis not only showed us photos of the repairs made, he also sent them to us so that we can show the installers of the original 2-years-old roof what the problems are! Very happy with the comfort and quality of the coach, but there were what I understand were a usual list of warranty repair items for a new RV. Though the Guaranty RV Sales staff was helpful and friendly, the follow up customer service on warranty repairs has been terrible. Several Mobile Suites owners we met at RV parks in our travels recommended Rolling Retreats RV in Elk City, OK, as an excellent company to buy DRV fifth wheels from. Since I heard glowing recommendations on at least 3 separate occasions, I decided to contact Rolling Retreats for their help in completing the warranty repairs that Guaranty RV had failed to complete when we left our coach with them for 2+ weeks in July. When I spoke to Slade Tennery in early August, he explained how busy their service shop was, but offered to see if he could squeeze us into their schedule if I emailed him a description of the work that needed to be done. We are so thankful that Slade was able and willing to schedule the work in mid-September. We re-routed through Elk City, and were able to get all our warranty repair punch list items completed in about 6 hours, even though we had not bought our RV from Rolling Retreats. The technicians in his shop are professional, very knowledgeable about the DRV product line, and work efficiently. We were on our way back on the road the same day! I highly recommend Rolling Retreats to anyone seriously considering buying a DRV Mobile or Elite Suites coach. They specialize in DRV products and stand behind the RV's they sell with top-notch follow up service work. Even though it was out of the way, the trip to Elk City, Oklahoma was definitely worth it for us!

We've only done business here one time buying a used vehicle, but I won't be returning. We've had…read morenumerous issues with the vehicle, two of which were pointed out immediately on the test drive but were shrugged off by the service manager and salesman. They offered to make one of the repairs (a bad window seal), but we live two hours away and bringing the car back wasn't really a viable option for a quick repair. They offered to pay for that repair so we could have it done locally. We still haven't seen a refund on that repair that we paid for. The other issue we had was a screeching/squealing coming from the front end that we pointed out on the test drive. After they inspected it again, they assured us it was just "ceramic brake pads rubbing slightly on the rotors". It was not the brake pads, but in fact the drivers front wheel bearing/hub assembly. This issue was evident upon initial inspection by my wife and I, but yet this vehicle passed through their shop and was allowed to be put up for sale and sold. A wheel bearing is a fairly serious safety concern, but that is of no consequence to McKinsey Ford. I've notified the salesman and have yet to receive a response. Small, home town feel for a Ford Dealership, but shady practices when it comes to preparing a pre-owned vehicle. I will NOT recommend McKinsey Ford until they make an effort to right these issues. They've gotten their money and wiped their hands of the situation in afraid. Edit: Also found out today that this vehicle had a bad Sync module causing the Navigation radio not to work properly and the USB ports to be dead. Software could not be updated and a new module had to be installed in the console in order to restore function. There's another $500 in repairs. Thanks, McKinsey Motors!

My own auto insurance coverage, The General, made everything ao much more painful and unnecessary than needed to be and i was very much feeling lost with this horrible experience. By word of mouth, I heard that Shannon's shop did amazing and has been going strong for years on years and that theres never been a known complaint about the way they conduct business, treat you like a human being, I felt heard and understood, and i felt that they took extra steps to communicate that in a way that i could appreciate. I can say that they were the light in my dark situation and I'm definitely a fan.
