The owner has been called numerous times to spot check & nothing has changed but why would he care, he's got a plethora of accts, into real estate & whatever else...besides unless the renters, (who pay for said services in thier rent) address the issue, the dumhass landlord/owner wouldnt know to complain, so why change ??
