Pancho's Roofing was contracted to replace my roof in 2015. Unfortunately they did a less than…read moresatisfactory job. Part of the job was to repair the flashing and mortar around the chimney and repair the sheetrock inside the living room. Apparently, the work was never done on the chimney and it has been leaking there since they left. There is now severe damage in the living room, chimney and roof in that area. We just had a contractor out to repair the damage. He inspected the chimney and took many pictures and those pictures show that repair work was never done on the chimney. In addition to that we were charged for new vent caps. The original vent caps were reused and new ones were never used. This is quite evident. There is extensive damage due to the lack of work done by this company and I would never recommend them. Its too late to do anything about this now. At the time they replaced the roof I was concerned about it and went round and round with them about the chimney and they seemed like they did not want to do they work, even though it was part of the estimate they provided along with the original repair work they were supposed to perform in the living room. Their job was also to have included painting the sheetrock and damage in the living room. I wound up having to provide (purchase) they paint for them as well. It leaked in exactly the same place where they allegedly did they original work. In addition they put a roof on an outbuilding that I told them was to be torn down and I was charged for that. They left roofing nails every where along with old tires that they threw off one of their trucks that we had to clean up. If you use this company for your roofing needs, you need to make sure to inspect their work before they depart, because you won't get them back to finish up once they leave.
