As far as we're concerned, she's an expert on her field. So when we moved out here, we were hoping we can find someone with almost the same mastery, skills and competence although we understand that individuals will have different personal experiences. Suffice it to say that we all have different experiences when it comes to receiving services from these professionals. However, I have been going to acupuncturist since I was young so I am well versed with it. I can tell if the acupuncturist is an experienced one and who knows what he or she is doing or not. So when I went to an acupuncturist located in Linglestown, I feel like I was a human pin cushion and looked like a poor copy of a porcupine. I can feel the needle pain because the way it is placed on is only skin deep as opposed to placing it into the pressure points. However, I'm always a forever optimistic so I gave the acupuncturist a couple more tries, 5 times to be exact because I paid for a plan which was 5 + 1 free. I decided to ditch the last session and looked for another provider. I found Dr. Lee and she's amazing. She expertly placed needles into the pressure point. I don't feel the needle pain and she knows exactly where the areas that are connected where pain is emanating from. After the session, I felt a slight relief from the pain. From experience, my shoulder pain will take a couple of sessions before the pain is managed and in my case, I was out of acupuncture therapy for more than a year so it's like going on a reset. So on my second session, my pain has gone down a little further. Her office clinic is pretty simple, clean and well organized. There are two rooms for therapy. The larger room can accommodate for individuals who use wheelchair or walkers. The session usually takes about 40 minutes to an hour. She takes in insurance but you need to check out what insurance providers are accepted. In your first visit, you pay for the initial assessment and an acupuncture treatment. Make sure you wear loose clothes so she can easily access pressure point areas that needed to be treated. She pays close attention to where you indicate the pain is and she would also make sure that areas connected to it are also covered. There is enough parking so you don't have to worry about fighting for a parking spot. I highly recommend Dr. Lee. She doesn't need to give away any promotional and marketing materials to indicate that she's pretty good in her chosen profession.

My PT Jeff is old school but one of the best PTs in my opinion he worked with in figuring out how to realign my spine, explaining to me that my core strength was the biggest issue and no medicine or surgery would help if my core is not strong. He worked with me knowing my high copay and once a week sessions was what I could only afford. He motivated me in doing my exercises daily and I stuck with it because from day one I was starting to have some relief from pain and am happy to say that yes my back is sore at times but it's not everyday. Just a little of their "back" story... After their initial diagnosis their first doctor encouraged nonstop use of back braces. Being teenaged girls, shortly after agreeing to get onboard with that treatment they became very self conscious. They didn't want people to notice them wearing their braces. Even with constant wearing their condition hadn't improved and actually began to worsen. The search for another orthopedic specialist was on. This very experienced Doctor they found initialized weekly physical therapy sessions. The severity of their curvatures were actually stabilized but there still weren't any improvements. Being told that surgery was their only hope, their mother knew she had to find an alternative because she didn't want to put them thru the intense pain and recovery that follows corrective spinal surgery. I can't remember how exactly but she found out about the ScoliSmart clinics and all that it entailed. Like many of the other patients I met while undergoing Dr. Clayton Stitzel's two week scoliosis…read morerehab treatment, I came to the Lancaster Spinal Health Center as a last resort. Traditional Orthopedics that I had been seeing offered no solutions to help decrease my scoliosis severity and Dr. Stitzel assured that through intense rehabilitation and hard work, it would be possible to treat my case of scoliosis. Unfortunately, after two weeks of painful exercises and long days of rehab, followed by six months of at home training, my spine showed no signs of improvement. After the two weeks of rehab, Dr. Stitzel took X-Rays and declared "Mission Success" having reduced my scoliosis by over 13 degrees using the Cobb Angles Method. I was very excited by the news, but wanted to have the results verified by an unbiased party. Less than a week after returning from Lititz, PA I saw an Orthopedic with Dr. Stitzel's X-rays and asked him to verify the findings. He immediately found faults with the angles drawn by Stitzel and drew angles of his own which showed my spine had not gotten any better, if anything it had gotten slightly worse. Not to be discouraged, I continued the at home exercises for the following six months and then saw a different Orthopedic doctor, telling him nothing about my past history. He found my scoliosis angle to be what it had been from the beginning, in the high thirties. I contacted a fellow patient of mine with concern who was undergoing a two week Stitzel rehab course at the same time as me, and she had similar results after six months of at home therapy. Clayton Stitzel will convince you that he has knowledge that Orthopedics lack or refuse to agree with. Please ask yourself before seeing this Chiropractor(who does not have the same rigorous training and regulations as a Medical Professional), What reason would trained medical professionals that spend their entire career working to help patients have to gain by not offering these services? If there was a treatment to help treat scoliosis, the Clear Institute would not be the ones to offer it. They are however, the only ones willing to profit off of others suffering. I have all X-Rays to back up this Review of Lancaster Spinal Health center and would urge all prospective patients to not waste time, money, hope and pain on Dr. Stitzel's malpractice. For reference, I am a male in my young twenties with thoracic and lumber scoliosis.

Unfortunately this review fell short of a 5 star review because one of the massage therapist, Alicia was running late by 10 mins and cut my massage short because she was running late... keep in mind I always arrive promptly to my appointment either 15 to 10 mins early. I found this unprofessional and devalued my time. She gave the person before me an hour and cut mine short by 10 mins so she wouldn't be over for the next person after me. My husband told me she doesn't do deep tissue even if you ask her, he said he was a little disappointed with it. She also made a reference to a woman weight who she just finished massaging prior to me. She made some comments to me regarding it and said that it was a relief to massage me cause I'm smaller. I found this offensive, referring to the weight of her last paitent. It was heartbreaking to hear this cause I literally just listened to the massage patient struggle with weight in the waiting room. This isn't fair or ethically right. It rubbed me the wrong way and myself and my husband will not be having our massage done by her ever again.

I had been prescribed pain medication and even got shots of muscle relaxers, all masking the issue but never really resolving it or helping in the long run. I decided to try Chiropractic and Life Adjusted was recommended to me by a friend. Dr Bree was absolutely amazing on my first trip and every visit after. She explained everything to me, took her time with me and calmed my fears. I was in some rough shape so I had to go pretty frequently until I was back to normal, I now go for maintenance every 2 or 3 weeks. I can honestly say Life Adjusted has changed my life.
