To highlight: Our therapy team is headed by Marisa, who is our supervisor. Marisa does an outstanding job at creating goals and making adjustments as needed. She has worked closely with my husband and I since the very beginning and has offered invaluable support for our daughter. From attending IEP meetings to ensuring that our daughter not only achieves her goals, but masters them, Marisa has been a Godsend. Our other BTs are Johannah, Tiffany, and Crystal. The field of behavioral therapy is particularly challenging, with a very high turnover rate, and we have been incredibly blessed with therapists who pour their heart and soul into their jobs despite how demanding--and challenging--the industry itself is. Our family have been receiving services for a number of years now, we're all too aware of the difficulties in the field; however, JADE is one of our most consistent and MOST RELIABLE providers of the 3 companies we've been with! Yasmeen is extraordinarily talented, approachable, reassuring, RESPONSIVE and SINCERE! She's always responded in a timely manner and has assured us schedules are being addressed when needed. We've been lucky enough to have BTs who are consistent and if there were conflicts, we are notified in a timely manner. Consideration for our families time is never at a loss... Navigating the system is hard. Navigating the system with a provider who genuinely advocates for their clients is unheard of. This is the type of service we receive at Jade... I can't tell you the number of times I've had to speak to directors in the past regarding lapse in services, just to be told they can't support our family. Not to forget to mention the times where leads or supervisors would quote a rule, but when I would request the policy, they would back track. That has never happened here at Jade. The owner, Marlon is open and direct! If I have questions or concerns, Marlon's quick to respond and always addresses my concerns without a doubt. We initially went there for therapy but 4 months in, he had a time management therapist, a tbs…read moretherapist, along with his initial therapist, and they wanted to add on psychological testing!! They wanted us to put cameras in my kids room and a few other cameras around the house, which we did to monitor what he was doing but I felt that was a little excessive, but they convinced my husband to do just that. With everything he was in, this made my son feel like he was indifferent and not worthy. In his eyes, everything he did was a mistake and he started dreading all of this therapy. The therapy even make him act out more, and the therapists kept on telling him to do this and not that, and told us that things 'would get much worse before they got better '. To me, he was testing his boundaries because he was entering life as a teenager, but Western Youth Services make him look, and feel, like a wild animal. I decided to take things into my own hands and take him out of therapy. Currently, he is much happier, he's going to school, making friends, and he is just being the average teen who is starting to enjoy life again

Anakaren, Miriam and Alma have all super helpful is finding availability, cancel or adding sessions and answering any questions you may have. Cynthia will always do her best to help your the billing, authorizations from insurance and answering all your questions. They have all gone above and beyond to help me. Christina is my son case supervisor. She has gone above and beyond to set up his goals and help the therapist in accomplishing them. She even sat in on my son's IEP meeting to show her support for my son and to show his school what Acuity has been working on. She will also join session with the BI's. I can't say enough about Haley. She is my son's BI (Behavioral Intervention). She is big part in my son's continuous improvement. She has helped him so much and continues to help him accomplish milestones every session. She has best patience of any therapist that has worked with my son. She has gone above and beyond and will do so for your child. If your looking for ABA services, you are in the right place with Acuity.
