I made an appointment and was very impressed with the amount of prep that they go through to make sure they can help you and that you are able and willing to go through the program. They send you a link to a video where Dr. Chastanet explains what the program is and is not. You have to sign an agreement for their "No show penalty" clause. I figured if they put this much emphasis on explaining things before you even stepped in the door this was a place I could put my trust in. Dr. Chastanet and her entire staff have been fantastic guiding me through the program with my health always at the top of her concern. The office is always very accommodating with schedule requests.
