The next day after I went for my second visit I ended up in the Emergency Department with my ear canal completely swollen shut and in severe pain. It took 2 weeks for it to go away. The ED doctor stated that the cause was a direct effect of what was done at this urgent care!

Again NO WAIT....then,IN A FLASH There is a knock at the door and in walks your provider!!!! Every Single Time!!! Bonus is that urgent care is right there, they have their own lab too!!! They take most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. I cannot emphasize enough how great the front desk staff is. Also no one gets referrals done as fast as these guys do. They're fast professional and on the ball. They make you feel like they understand. I have been there in extreme pain and simply their eye contact and tone of voice has calmed me down. I am so grateful they are here. Again there is never a wait...
