Dr Kim is trained in Physical Therapy and acupuncture. His treatment has helped with my pains and has helped me healed faster. In addition, the exercises he assists with are helpful. She assigns many varied exercises which have helped greatly. Often I do not have to rely on a cane for balance now! Judging from the volume of appointments they get I pretty much knew I was in the right place. All the therapists were extremely friendly and willing to service your ailments. They are knowledgeable and accommodating to your needs. Wayne is the owner and main physical therapist who everyone wants to see due to his experience. I was treated by Keith who is also excellent and can be a bit of a chatterbox but is extremely cool. Although small, there's machines for the common injuries (bike, treadmill, shoulder press, leg lift and rowing machine). There's also a series of lightweight dumbbells. For my condition I walked sideways and backwards on the treadmill. Then I had to perform a balancing act on a rubber air filled platform while Keith tosses the ball at me from different angles. I usually run 2+ miles on the treadmill as well. When I'm all hot, sweaty and stinky, Keith then has the privilege of stretching then massaging my moist tendons. He then either uses ultrasound or applies shock therapy for 15 minutes. God forbid anything happens but if it did, this is a good place to turn to. They also have a chiropractor upstairs.

(I truly feel your experience with any provider, auto, painter, plumber, has more to do with the specific provider of service, than the company or owner). To date, I have religiously attended twice weekly sessions for about 8 weeks, with at least that amount of time to go prior to termination. My experience this time has been superb! My therapist has consistently, expertly and sensitively worked with me so as to improve my level of post surgical functioning. I am more than pleased with the help I have received. Thank you PPT and in particular my PT for working with me. I continue to look forward to each and every session.

I see the staff wiping and disinfecting the equipment after use. The staff in the check in area are friendly and scheduling future appointments were a breeze. There is free wifi available too. My son has the pleasure of working with Christopher. The Dr. requires quad strengthing and range of motion exercises and Christopher ran him through the paces, he also gave him online exercises to accomplish at home. I can see Christopher cares about his clients well being and just doesn't go through the motions. There is a private parking lot in the rear which is a plus. Due to Covid restrictions you must mask up before entering the facility and have your temperature checked before entering the workout area. This place gets busy so book early for future appointments. Major insurances are accepted. I highly recommend this PT facility as you are guaranteed to receive quality treatment without compromise. No wonder why they call themselves Professional Physical Therapy, the name fits the organization.

Esther is very compassionate, encouraging and helpful! She makes schedules work to fit in your busy life. Zero wait time was impressive. Dr. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and patient! He understand the roots of your problems! He uses different approaches to treat the issues! That is a very unique. No cookie cutter routines. I've had herniated disc and associated nerve issues. Surgery was my option. However a pain management doctor from H.S.S. recommended Bell PT if I don't want surgery or shots. I have tried multiple PT places, this is the best PT and the only place I trust. As matter of fact, I'm healed almost 100 percent without risky surgery and lengthy recovery or miss work!

I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. Very insightful and knowledgeable. He explains the purpose of the exercises while pointing out what each muscle group does while I perform them. If I have difficulty understanding something, he'll explain it to me in a different way. Overall, I find the entire staff to be compassionate, attentive, professional, intelligent and committed! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. They care about helping people get better. You'll see it from how you are greeted on your first visit.
