Just wanted to write this review for Eddie. This is based on intake experience, but I will be using him next year. In short I sent my tax stuff to my normal guy right when all the tax docs were ready. We are now 7 months since I sent the docs, with about 15 messages saying "this week, tomorrow" etc. I really really dislike change & very loyal so I kept giving him benefit of doubt just as I have for the last 17 years. I reached a point now where deadline is coming up so I decided to reach out to Eddie. He took the time to have a prelim convo, I uploaded the materials, he responded right away giving me a very reasonable quote. He took the time despite me telling me that in full transparency if my guy actually does it, then I will wait until next tax year for his services. My original guy finally came through after I said if he hasn't done it, I will move on as I found someone. Fully anticipated he would come back saying he didn't do it but sure enough he did. So I had no choice but to stick with original guy this year to avoid duplication of effort. I don't know what it is but my experience with CPAs it's pretty hard to find someone that's responsive.
