After 21 years with Geico I am not renewing ym insurance because of Thomas and his phone operator for roadside assistance. They were cruel . I've been paying for roadside assistance for.my son for several years and never ever used it. My son who is in the Navy needed to get back to his command base ship on time needed his car repaired after not starting the repair shop was unable to do the job as qouted for the fee and we called Geico R.A. to return to pickup the vehicle as it was not worked on , and return it to our home . So our son can return to his post. We explained our dilemma and Thomas your R.A. manager refuse to bud stating Geico doesn't do exceptional customer service for anyone even stranded sailors , even loyal customers for 20+ years. And we would have to come up with our of pocket expenses Even though we've NEVER USED a service we been paying your company to use for years. IAM disappointed and sad how awful we were treated thank God I had AAA, or my son would still been screwed.I am a teacher and I am going to share my awful experience with everyone in our Union. My son's command will also be notified. You people are heartless. You've just lost my entire family as customers for life. Loyalty is nothing to you people read more

Shana, in the Hampton Va office is wonderful. I work for the government and have moved several times in the last couple years. The Geico agent I had in DC was horrible during my accident. I hadn't had my car a month before the accident (which was not my fault) and my car was totaled. Getting the Geico agent to return a call or provide information was deplorable. I recently changed my auto and renters insurance policies to GEICO, which has saved me a considerable amount of money. Throughout the process, Shana was more than helpful and willing to explain the policy to me and answer any additional questions I had. In calling the office, I was able to easily get a hold of her without waiting to discuss the policies. Ashley Bullard went above and beyond, especially since we moved to SC and they no longer can provide coverage to us. She stayed late on a Friday to make sure our home in Suffolk was covered, even though I had requested coverage to end on 6/10, as this was our closing date on the property. Closing did not go as scheduled and Ashley was able to extend our policy, at the LAST minute, to 6/14/16! She is an asset to any agent! read more
