I didn't have an appointment and I was in a hurry that day, not being at my best either, but they fit me in and took time to listen to me. This is a gorgeous store, with gorgeous products, and a designing staff that is second to none.

We had money to spend and will be spending it elsewhere. Apparently design school doesn't teach good manners or that the poorest looking customer might just be the wealthiest. I called her to install a french door, she sent me "Josh" he clearly did not know how to install…read morefrench doors, Cut out sections of my door that should not have been cut, did not finish the job said they would come back. They never came back but told Amber Volin (the boss) they did come back out. I asked for half of my installation money back even though they ruined an 850.00 door and I had to hire a different person to install it the right way. I paid her directly and quickly. She then said she believed him and that I was not getting half the money back for a really poorly done job. I took pictures for her and a video to show the door did not close yet I have not received any money back as of yet. I also have cameras outside my daycare to prove he never came back.
