Two weeks after they supposedly reconnected my HVAC to the house register I have pictures of the ducting lying on the ground in the crawl space. They had tried to attach the wrong type and size ducting to the register with duct tape. They clearly did not know what they were doing. There were other issues, but this was the most egregious. Lesson learned.... you do not have to accept the company that your insurance company recommends for repairs.
