However, I suspect that they will make it more accessible, and hopefully, put some toilets here as well.

The city side platform does have a rather nice building there, but the other side seems to be only for people who get off the train, having come in from Melbourne. Honestly, there really isn't all that much here in Little River, so I guess that is one of the main…read morereasons why not many trains actually stop at this station. Well, the station really isn't all that bad, though of course, with this town being the way it is, the station isn't staffed, and every second train flies through here is an express. However, other than that, the trains are at least reasonably regular. Oh, and there is a pub quite nearby as well.

This is the newest mega train station near Point Cook. It looks clean, at least compared to those…read morein US. There is huge car park for commuters, however there is bit of walking distance, plan to give plenty of time.

Okay, this isn't one of the newest stations in Victoria, but it is certainly getting there. It is a…read morepart of this regional rail link, which sends the regional trains around the Southwestern suburbs. The station itself isn't all that bad, quite accessible with a number of good facilities. However, one problem I discovered was that it can be difficult knowing where the train is going to stop.

I don't know how many times I've driven past this railway station, but that is probably because it…read moreis next to the major freeway that leaves Melbourne. Its pretty new, and pretty fancy as well. In fact, the main part of the station is located in the bridge above it, and you can use the bridge to cross over the freeway. There is also a bus interchange that is quite useful as well. It's pretty new, and quite postmodern as well.

It's probably not the best to write comments on railway stations that are in the process of being…read morecompletely rebuilt, which is the case with this one. Then again, it is rather nice to see some of these old, rundown stations being given a new lease of life, which is certainly the case here. However, because it was in the middle of being rebuilt when I was last here, I can't really comment too much on what it will eventually look like. However, as a station it is quite nice, still retaining the old building, which means that I do like it, even though the trains don't come through here all that much. Then again, three times a day in either direction is much better than some places that I have been to, though we should remember that this station is pretty close to Geelong.
