Yeah, there really isn't all that much here, and in fact it is one of those stations that you literally need a car to get to, unless you are willing to walk through endless miles of industrial wasteland.

You can book in advance or pay at the bus - usually they can take cash or card payment. At this station, you can connect to buses running to Torquay, Belle's Beach, Anglesea and more. I guess being located next to a major shopping centre does help, and help quite a lot, but still, I do quite appreciate the fact that this station is just a little more than a shelter and a platform. I guess also being a termination station for some trains helps as well.
