It was absolutely loaded with cheese curds and gravy - they didn't skimp on anything! I swear there were multiple layers of curds on top of each layer of fries. The gravy was perfect, too - not too salty and so full of flavor. My wife got the catfish basket and was happy with her choice as well - though she may have been a bit jealous of my poutine! No idea if or when I'll ever be back in Pagosa Springs, but I will definitely stop here again if I am.

I asked the bar keep Annie about two different appetizers, chicken strips and cheese curds. She was gracious enough to upgrade my side to the curds. They were on so delicious as were the strips! And a chipotle aoili and house made Q sauce kicked both up a notch! On point. I tried a 4 beer flights too. Annie let me in on an insider secret blend of two of the beers I ordered.
