I think my servers were LeAnne & Alex AND they are the very best. My drink...the strawberry basil lemonade was tart & tasty. The appetizers...fried green tomatoes with crawfish remoulade and pork belly biscuits...OMG! These were amazing. Skip the ribeye sandwich...no seasoning. GET THE SALMON! Add Chardonnay butter. Don't forget your sides...sweet potato fries, fingerling potatoes, and the macaroni & cheese (and I never recommend the mac&cheese but here, GO FOR IT). I will definitely be returning. This place deserves 5 stars. We arrived for happy hour and ordered cocktails and some delicious apps that were 1/2 off. We ordered tuna nachos because my husband loves tuna. There was an asian flare to this dish as the chips are made out of wontons. The sauces are wonderful and we ate every bite. We had shrimp tacos too and both apps were super flavorful with fresh ingredients. I wanted the loaded old bay fries but knew this would take us way over the edge since we were also ordering an entree. We finished this date off with the wagyu sirloin with wild mushrooms, risotto and green beans. This was terrific. Luckily, my husband is also a splitter which makes dining out a culinary adventure since together we can try so many things. The place was smaller than I imagined but that gave it a neighborhood feel. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was okay. My wife got two sides. Brussels sprouts were excellent. The risotto was good but tasted like it was rice mixed with cream more than a traditional risotto preparation of slowly stirring in a broth with the creaminess coming from the break down of starch from the rice. I could be wrong but that's my take. I had the burger. It was fair. I ordered medium and got well done. The patty was flavorless. The fries must have been cooked in oil not up to temperature because they were soggy and limp. It could have been an off night. I will give them another try. read more

Did not enjoy this place. Our food sat in the window for awhile as the servers walked repeatedly by it until they finally brought it to our table a bit on the cold-side. Had to send it back so I guess they threw it in the microwave. The wings not that much flavor and fries extremely hard either that or they were freezer burnt. I ordered a burger medium it came to the table dry and over well-done. The best part of this meal was the Brussel sprouts. Our server visited our table 2x never got a refill! This place is a bit hard to find, but it is right next to Publix in a strip mall, but you have to drive to the back. Once you get there, it's great. We received a warm welcome and we're seated immediately without reservations. My colleague had the pesto pasta and she said it was delicious. They may have been just a bit heavy handed in the added oil. I had the grilled salmon with broccolini and fingerling potatoes. It was absolutely delicious. On a random Sunday night, my sister and I happened to be passing through Montgomery after spending quality time with extended, never having met them before family. My sister introduced me to the concept of "Yelp Roulette." When in an unfamiliar city, randomly just picking a place without a whole lot of research, that's Yelp Roulette. We chose Cork and Cleaver. It was amazing. Bella did a great job of explaining the beers and specials, but we both settled on the snapper special. It was absolutely fantastic. Well balanced and perfectly seasoned, it also had an accompaniment of rice and sautéed vegetables. All was done to perfection. Then, dessert. At the tail end, Bella mentioned the cheesecake, topped with peaches. My sister, who makes cheesecakes, proclaimed it better than the Cheesecake Factory and better than the best cheesecake in New York City. Great little find! I had the Tuna Nachos and they were amazing. The Sriracha BBQ sauce really sets it apart! I then enjoyed the waygu sirloin. It was flavorful with a delicious mushroom risotto. I finished off the night with the white chocolate bread pudding. You have to try it, divine! The Chicken & Waffle meal is really good. Best I have had and I have been all around the country. The interior of the restaurant needs some work to improve ambience but the bottomless mimosa was wonderful and affordable and will soon make you forget about the interior. The service is fast and if you want it be faster just ask them to bring the bottle of Champaign and orange juice to your table since they do not have pitchers for self pouring. Came here on a Saturday for lunch. They weren't very busy and we were promptly seated. The service was so so. We had to wait for a long time until we got our appetizer. They did end up giving us our second round of drink free for the trouble which was very nice. We had the Loaded Old Bay Fries for the appetizer and they were very tasty but I feel like the portion size was a bit small. I had the Blueberry Mule which was very flavorful and fresh. I also had the Pumpkin Pirate. It definitely surprised me because the pumpkin flavor came through very well. My entree was the Cowboy burger and it was very tasty but I feel like some of the components overpowered the others. I also had brussel sprouts for my side. They were ok but were lacking seasoning. We had a large group for Sunday brunch and started with several appetizers for the cable. The fried green tomatoes and ultimate hash were both excellent. The crab cake was good but not great. I make much better at home. For entrees, one did chicken and waffles and the remainder did a burger (hold the fried egg) and old bay fries. I ordered my burger medium rare and it came out well done. The patty was under seasoned and a bit dry. I detected no old bay seasoning on the fries. Incidentally, about half the menu has fried egg on it. Perhaps the chef is trying to control the chicken population? Appetizers far outpaced the mains. The high point was our server who was great. read more

Okay food, good service, but it needs much better management. We came here for brunch and opted to sit outside: the restaurant was obviously busy so we expected a wait for our food, which we were totally fine with. We ordered bottomless mimosas and were ready to have a good time. We were there a total of three hours, and were served mimosas three times. The food took an incredibly long time, too, but the main problem is they had one bartender for a very crowded bar with an outdoor area on a day where they're offering bottomless mimosas: kind of ridiculous. Our server was very nice and tried to accommodate us, but she couldn't serve our drinks as she was underage, so had to ask other servers to bring our drinks. They barely came. What made me even more frustrated was when I went to the bathroom and found out that people who had come later than us were on their 12th mimosa, and counting. For the last full hour, we sat there with waters, waiting on our dessert and drinks. We ended up cancelling the dessert as it was taking too long. I understand that restaurants have bad days, but what was truly unacceptable was that when we went to talk to management to ask them what was up, we were given no information, flimsy excuses, and no real apologies. They didn't even offer to comp us or give us any type of discount. I'm not one to complain just for the sake of complaining, but I wanted at least some acknowledgement from management that our wait times for food and drinks were ridiculous. Firstly, our waitress was on something... she was acting super strange and spilling water all over the place, getting all the orders wrong, and she was just honestly out of it. She got our checks and food wrong more times than we could count. Luckily the manager stepped in, got her off the floor, and comped out meals, which we definitely appreciated after the whole mess. The food was not good. At all. I had the portabella grilled cheese. It was soggy, since the water from the spinach leaked onto the bread. And it was super greasy. So basically i was eating a soggy, greasy mess. The old bay fries were alright. My friend had the kale and avocado salad with shrimp. She only ate the kale. The shrimp was mushy and the avocado had a chemical taste to it. Then we ordered dessert: the bread pudding and the "chef's inspiration," a blueberry tart. The bread pudding was okay. Nothing super special. We ate it mainly because we were starving from our bad entrees. The blueberry tart was awful and we actually had to send it back. It tasted rubbery and seemed like it had been microwaved or something. I can't imagine anyone being inspired to make something like this. I wouldn't come here again and definitely advise you to go elsewhere. read more

With no waiting area we stood outside in the parking lot over 45 minutes because the space inside was way too small. However we were held over with bottomless mimosas and food was great once we got to eat. The veggies were actually very good. But the chicken sandwich was a letdown. It had little flavor, yet the bun was greasy. The tomato on it was pale and hard. Another friend got the ceasar salad.
