5th floor walk up = 1/4 kegs only

Looking for a reasonable price for a keg? If you're like me, and enjoy cold beer on tap in your tiny NYC apartment (*cough*don't have a drinking problem *cough*), cork and keg can't be beat. The store itself is located right outside of the city, and the prices are reflective of that (read: kegs are cheaper here than in Astoria, but you'll pay a toll to pick one up) .The staff is super pleasant and carry a nice variety of beers for you to choose from. If they don't have something you want they'll be happy to order it for you I'm told. They stock CO2 which is a plus as well, as a lot of places don't (they swap canisters, not refill). Highly recommended for those of us who don't enjoy a ton of cans and do enjoy the markdown volume buying affords.

I was presently surprised once I walked into this store. I have been to Total Wine a lot because of their enormous selection and great prices but if I can help out a small business here and there I try to. From the outside the store doesn't seem like much. The building looks to have been around a long time. , but on the inside I was shocked to see how much of a selection this store has to offer. They have a great selection of multitudes of wines that range from $5 to all the way up to $150. The employees are truly really helpful in helping you select the perfect wine just for you occasion. They don't try to sell you the most expensive bottle nor do they want you to walk out with anything you wouldn't like. On the beer side, the Cork really has a great selection of craft beers in stock that can get any beer nerd excited. The guys are really helpful in that if they don't have what you are looking for, they are happy to get it stock just for you in a couple of days, sometimes even the next day if you call early enough. The keg selection they have in stock is normally the usual stuff any person would get for a party. Bud, Coors Light, Stella. If you call in advance though, they can get any keg you want if it is in production. This place is truly a hidden gem and seems to always help the costumer out before themselves making you feel like a regular. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The Cork and Keg has moved to 89 Kinderkamack Road! Same great selection, service, and now a HUGE walk-in beer cooler.

Relatively thin, crust wasn't overly thick, GREAT flavor (especially the Buffalo Chicken) and good crunch. I can't imagine how good the pizza would have been if we had ordered a whole, fresh pie instead of eating reheated slices. + Beet Salad with Grilled Chicken - Fantasticccccc salad. Lots of sliced beets and sliced grilled chicken. The honey mustard dressing was the perfect dressing for this salad. + Kids Rigatoni Bolognese - Very good bolognese. There was plenty of meat sauce and it was very tasty. Our kids absolutely loved it. + Menu consist of not only a variety of pizza, but also a nice selection of appetizers, strombolis, calzones, sandwiches and pastas. THE SERVICE ------------------- + Excellent all around service. ++++ Every employee was super friendly and asked if we needed help as we were figuring out what to order. ++++ Waiters came by multiple times to check up on us. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------- + Spacious interior with lots of tables and chairs. + The restaurant is connected to Al Dente, which is a pasta restaurant next door. It seems both restaurants operate as a single restaurant even though they both have their own names. + Private parking lot is shared with other businesses and it gets bussssy on summer weekends. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS ------------------------------------- = Dine-in customers steadily streamed in and out on a July Friday evening at 6 PM, but business was reallllllly booming for takeout as many customers came in to pick up orders of pies.

The space is pretty lively and would be a great place to watch a sports event. Appreciate that the space has different types of seating areas from traditional dining tables to a big bar area and a lounge area in the middle. It can get loud in there so I wouldn't go there if you're looking for an intimate vibe. The staff is pretty friendly and do a good job of attending to the patrons. The food is where it was a bit disappointing to me. I can appreciate the wide variety of items on the menu, but not when the quality varies so much. We ordered a few pasta dishes (one that was on the daily special), a few taco dishes, an order of wings and the brussel sprouts. All of the pasta dishes were huge disappoints. They looked like pasta dishes from Applebees. The sauces were very runny and the kids pastas were the most basic pastas that were way overpriced for what they were. My daughter who loves pastas only ate about 1/3 of it and told me she didn't like it. The wings were dry and not saucy enough. The tacos were OK. The brussel sprouts were the only standout dish that we ordered. I liked their extensive draft beer menu though. Lots of variety to choose from and the drinks were fresh. Overall, I'd certainly come back here and hope that I pick some better food choices or a big improvement on the food quality, but a fun place to hang out at.

Located off a busy Kinderkamack Road in Oradell, Ora, meaning "now" or "right now" in Italian, has been on my list and was named Best Italian Restaurant in Bergen County in the 2025 Daily Voice Readers' Choice Awards. A reservation was easily made via Toast. Upon entering as first-timers, my partner and I were greeted by the host inside this multi-level space with the vibe of a modern farmhouse, featuring warm wood tones, exposed rafters, and chic finishes accented by soft mercury lighting. One can dine in the main room, al fresco on the outside patio, weather permitting, or at one of the many top tables at the bar. We were seated promptly at a cozy table ready inside the main dining room. Their menu features a well-executed spin on Italian cuisine. As a starter, we decided on the Basil Pesto Arancini to share. For the main meal, we opted for one of today's specials, 8oz Prime Spinalis accompanied by Mac & Cheese sans crab meat and Dayboat Sea Scallops. Even saved room for some dessert and decided on the Chocolate Tortino and Soft Serve Gelato Copette. Washed them down with Franganza Spritz. Complimentary housemade bread with whipped butter started our meal. Every dish had flair and stood up against the next. Presentations kept our eyes wide as everything arrived to the table, and even the more straightforward preparations had a little something special about them. Everything was delicious; we really don't think one could go wrong with anything on the menu. What truly elevated the night, though, was our server, Clark. He went above and beyond, attentive without being intrusive, genuinely kind, and clearly passionate about making sure we had the best experience possible. It made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Can't wait to dine here again!

Unfortunately for us, some guests got lost on the way over and our party had to wait for all of us to be seated. Since our original tables had now been taken, we waited a while longer, and longer ... getting seated about an hour after our original reservation. We were promptly given menus but the waiter did not come back for quite some time to actually take our orders or serve us drinks, and I noted we finally had orders placed an unacceptable forty minutes after being seated (adding to the hour we wait to get seated). Appetizers were served first - before the complimentary table bread, which I found a bit odd? Between the calamari, caesar salad, and table bread, the food was delicious and flavorful. After appetizers however, there was easily another half an hour wait for our main entrees, with little service inbetween - no topped off waters or cleaned up dishes. My medium rare rack of lamb came out disappointingly medium well, which given the wait for entrees, I shouldn't have been surprised that it continued to cook while waiting to be served. The salty lamb and vegetables were drenched in dressing, and were better off served either with about half the flavor or on the side. Trying a bite of my wife's undercooked pappardelle, I was again disappointed yet not surprised. Summing it up, this place has a fabulous ambiance but the attention to detail from the wait staff and chef is missing, and left us with a three and a half hour dining experience with mediocre food.

Initially I was excited to be able to browse beers at an upscale shop in Bergen County. So, this review is about the selection of beers, not the wine. They advertise that they have a large craft beer selection. Although it may be true that they have a large amount of beer, they ONLY HAVE CORPORATE brands. It's a trend now to have LOCAL craft beer. It tends to be fresher than beer shipped in from other states, and it's better to support local small business. When I was leaving, I bought only a 20 oz. diet coke. No one asked me whether I needed help, or why I was leaving without making a beer or wine purchase. If someone had asked, I would have told them. It may be possible that there was a couple local beers available, but the selection was minimal at best. I was also disappointed that they do not have beer taps or growlers available. For an upscale wine shop that advertised having craft beer, I just expected these basic things to be in place.
