You book your appointment online and drop off your piece. He did that on a Monday and received the cushion back by Thursday. They charged 70.00 but that's a steal compared to buying a new chair at 2500.00. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I'd be afraid they could get violent at a simple concern during your experience...wow!
