I can't say enough good things about him. From the first call, Brad was chill, honest, and super easy to work with no pushy sales tactics, just good energy and real conversation. I had to go through my credit union for financing, which caused some delays since the check had to be overnighted. Despite that, Brad held the car for me and stayed in touch the whole time without ever making me feel pressured. On pickup day, I flew into Tulsa and of course, a storm hit. My flight was delayed, stuck on the tarmac for another hour, and I arrived almost 2 hours late. Brad didn't complain once. He waited for me, then picked me up at the airport and drove me an hour to the dealership like it was no big deal. That kind of patience and professionalism is rare. When I finally saw the car, it was perfect. 100% stock, just what I'd been hunting for, and the steering wheel TPM was already done. The whole process was smooth, and Brad made what could have been a stressful purchase feel like picking up a car from a friend. He really helped me get my dream car, and I'm beyond grateful. South Pointe Honda were abusive and basically caused issues to my new car that I took to them. I spoke with Honda of Muskogee the next morning and they told me to come right in. I wish I remember who i worked with. He was the sweetest guy and it was a very pleasant validating and helpful experience. Most importantly he corrected the issue that South Pointe Honda caused to my brand new car. He said South Pointe should have known how to reset the signal and assured me my instincts throughout the drama with South Pointe Honda were correct-that how they treated me and my car shouldn't have happened. Honda of Muskogee basically took in my new Honda and corrected what South Pointe Honda messed up. I was charged nothing. I later took my car back to Honda of Muskogee 6 months later before a road trip and they were open and transparent about recommendations and what I needed. Very thankful for Honda of Muskogee (avoid South Pointe Honda at all costs-abusive, disrespectful tyrants who hate women). The men I worked with at Honda of Muskogee were respectful, kind, great humor, overall pleasant great people. Also both times I was there they took the time to teach me about my car which I appreciated. 10/10. My husband dropped off a 400 block to be vatted and honed, then put back together. It took almost…read more6 months of monthly phone calls only to find out the block had fractures. Fine, they are busy and short handed. Hair line feactures, it happens, that's the reason he wanted it cleaned up to make it was worth using. My husband goes to pick up his items. A 400 block with new eagle rods with pistons, old rods with pistons, and freeze plugs. All the parts are in a box with his name except the eagle rods and pistons. The owner says, "I'm sorry, I'll have to look for them." He has stopped by a couple times a week. The owner says "We are still looking for them. Come back, in a few days" for the last 6 weeks. Still waiting for them to find them or pay for them. I will update of they do either. If you use this shop take a picture of the owner or machinist with every item you drop off. A week after leaving this bad review, his rods and pistons were found. I still think it's important to take pics of your item with the person who checks them in. We will not be using this shop again, even though they do great work.
