STAY AWAY!! UPDATE to the update. I have now been contacted that I had excessive pet hair and it's their policy not to clean that. So seems the story changes by the hour. I have a 2 month old kitten who weighs about a pound so he must just be shedding everywhere in the three weeks I've had him. What a joke!!! Basically their deep cleaning feature is just something to make you pay over $200 for subpar work. They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won't refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I'd choose this business. The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion. They got me in as soon as they could as well. I have a strange parking situation and they were able to text the night before to tell me how many were coming etc. The two women that cleaned were so nice. They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning. The cleaning was so bad that my husband and a friend spent 2.5 hours cleaning after they left. The cabinets were not clean. In fact, there was fresh peanut butter smeared on a cabinet. Baseboards in the kitchen were untouched. Bathroom vanities were never cleaned. Multiple windows were either never cleaned or had to be rewashed. The fridge was not cleaned. Landings needed to be vacuumed and dusted. We spent over $400 to clean the house ourselves. This was completely unacceptable. We will never ever use them again. Update: I contacted them shortly after the clean. They offered a one-time clean to make up for the poor service. We scheduled it and received multiple text and email reminders that they would be coming that Friday. Friday came, and no one showed. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called them. After launching, an incident resulted in the vessel taking on water, requiring the vessel be pulled again the next day. Bill and crew came out on a Saturday to help my sorry butt, and did an excellent job. When the damage was revealed that had been causing the leaking, Bill Jr developed a novel approach to the repair that actually saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. Yesterday, all the repairs were completed, and Bill Jr and company delivered the vessel to my storage spot I'd built in my yard. He took the time to go over everything that had been accomplished, and also made recommendations regarding the winter storage that were very timely. Bottom line: Atlantic Marine Transport is very customer oriented, cost effective, hard working and diligent. They have single-handedly shown me, by mission of action, that there are still good people who work in the marine field. Keep them on your short list, and at the top of it.
