Called the marina and they said they were really backed up and didn't think they could get to looking at the boat for a few weeks. Called Mike at Land and Sea and he was able to send Brandon out the next day. Turns out that it was just a corrosion problem but I elected to change out both starter batteries given their age. I really appreciated that they were honest with me and said I didn't need to replace the batteries just yet. I can actually see the boats from our deck across the bay on the Tiverton side. The slips are great, the docks are in great shape and the amenities are fantastic too! They have a big in-ground swimming pool, laundry facility, nice big restrooms with showers, swing set for the kiddos, Weber grills at the entrance of each dock and a fantastic staff that is always about the property. Every year at the end of the season they cater a big BBQ bash in the South Yard as a thank you for all the members and their guests. Always a great time!!

Watertight integrity? Are you fucking kidding me?) It took me calling them for weeks and weeks and filing my complaint on line several times. And then a lot of atrocious attempts to have me fix their problem electronically or use the AI 'helper' (welcome to the modern world). No person ever called me back or apologized for this or was the least bit embarrassed by advertising and offering this item. I was under the impression that they would reimburse me but I think I may have store credit which I did not want. Insult to injury I then got 2 gallons of paint that were so poorly (and cheaply) packaged one can was dented so bad it leaked paint. I see from comments that this happens regularly. I still have boxes from the old days that were strong enough for paint gallons but guess they want to save money. Doesn't work for me. So, absolutely HORRID Customer Service, Big Goose Egg ZERO for quality control and accountability, lousy and unprofessional follow up and another zero for inadequate, non existent management. I will now make efforts to buy my supplies and products from another business whenever possible.
