She's always been very thorough, thoughtful, compassionate and educational. She is a pillar in the community and I even saw her when I was out for some live music at the motherlode! I really couldn't be happier and no vet has made more of an impression on me. All of the nurses are lovely and when I recently had to put my old dog down, they all wrote me a letter that I am still carrying with me in my car. I called ahead into a few Butte vet clinics, but they were all booked. this clinic was also booked, but they went the extra mile to squeeze us in with just 1 hour to go prior to closing. Cookie was seen by the vet and prescribed anti-anxiety meds, and we were out of there within the hour. Robin, the tech who took care of Cookie, patiently and competently answered all my questions. I called back after 1 week with more questions and again, the staff was extremely courteous and efficient in addressing them. I highly recommend this clinic, they treated Cookie as if he were their own patient, and I'm very grateful for that!

I talked to at least 4 different staff over the phone and in-person when I picked up our cat, and they were all SO incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I was a bit surprised as another reviewer mentioned that our cat's exam seemed pretty short and they didn't want his history or records from past clinics - but again, my husband went to the exam rather than me and he isn't really what people would call talkative.
