He said he was still able to meet at noon and complete the job the same day, however, after I said I had to leave at 3:30pm and not sure if he could still finish the job before that time, he stopped replying to me and the second day, when I asked him if he can still come at noon, he kept ignoring my messages because I can see he read the messages already. If he cannot come, he can just provide another time frame or tell me not able to serve, it is totally okay to me and I can look for others. But what I really cannot understand is, is it so difficult to just reply a message if he is running his business? So unprofessional. Tyler put two chimney caps on our home in June 2025 and tightened or replaced some loose roofing…read morescrews. First off, he charged $1400 for a job that took less than an hour. Upon inspection we found numerous screws that were not tightened down or replaced. In July 2025 one of the chimney caps came off. Tyler guaranteed his work in writing so I contacted him to have the chimney caps replaced. He told me that he would order a new one and replace it. It is now January 2026 and I have still not had the cap replaced. We have heard every excuse from Tyler. You name it...we've heard it. We even were willing to allow one of his employees to come do the job. I've filed a complaint with the BBB to which Tyler just lies that he has been in contact with me and will complete it by week's end. Tyler is not a man of integrity. He manipulates the situation and after SEVEN months we still have an unfinished job. Be warned not to get into a contract with this company.

He made excuse when delivered that he couldn't make it to job site which was fine. We sent him an invoice and he immediately started making excuses to make payment. Then after couple of weeks of excuses he completely stopped answering calls or text messages even though we could tell when they were read and opened. Husband left messages to just please at least give a timeline to when it would get paid. Nothing so we decided to pick up trailer and unfortunately he had already loaded it full so we decided to unload it at site due to non payment. My husband told him payment would no longer be expected and then he responded immediately. This guy should know as a business owner himself that we need to get paid to make a living.

He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. Our capacitor went out and he also checked our refrigerant and anything else that could possibly go wrong. Our experience with Centerline Services has always been spectacular. These guys rock!
