We had my wife's Nissan Rouge serviced at Cornerstone on 12 February 2025. We took her vehicle in for a transmission oil exchange and we had a good experience. They quoted us a competitive price and it was actually less than the estimate. The service was completed faster than estimated also. It was my first time there but I would recommend Cornerstone for your car repairs. I had done some market research by calling other shops and Cornerstone was by far the best value. Some auto shops I called were very overpriced for the service I required and forget about the dealership they wanted double the price. Updating this because Cornerstone tried scamming me out of hundreds of dollars... Originally Cornerstone told me I had to replace the condenser and compressor, and probably hoses, which I called around and got quotes for. I ended up getting a second opinion at Pep Boys, and all that had to be replaced was an O-ring on the AC. I just had a small leak, and Cornerstone tried to get me to replace the whole AC system. Definitely downgraded this review, because my fix cost $200... not $1300! Ridiculous over pricing and wrong diagnosis. My AC works perfectly now, for $1100 less than what was originally quoted at Cornerstone. Go get a second opinion or better get, don't go here in the first place. read more

Amazing. These gentlemen are honest, hardworking and they get the job done. I have had an issue with my car for about a year now. Whenever I brought it into the dealer they continuously told me nothing was wrong. In fact one guy even told me I must be the problem(as if I didn't know how to work my own car). This is the best shop I have ever been too. I am in the military so I move a lot, one of the biggest pains after moving is finding a trustworthy mechanic in an unfamiliar town. Thankfully I found the this location. They did some in-depth work on my Jeep Wrangler and always had it done on schedule and fixed right. There prices are also very reasonable. This place is truly run by honest mechanics, a characteristic impossible to find today. This is not some quick lube or "stealership" dump full of administrators who do not know the difference between a half shaft and an inline 6, but instead run by competent, trained people. The receptionist herself gives legit, sound advice on repairs and maintenance and is herself a real gear head! Also, these guys are quick and efficient. Wish we would have found Craig's shop sooner as we're moving soon, but we used him recently to service a few of our vehicles and have found him to run a very honest business. I was told by brakes plus my Tahoe needed new ball joints so after my husband had a good experience with his truck at Craig's we decided to ask them for a 2nd opinion. They could've easily said yes, you need new ball joints, but actually disagreed saying the ball joints looked fine and didn't need to be replaced. That saved us $1200 (brakes plus quote) and we very much appreciate the honest business they run. If you're looking for a honest, reasonably priced automotive shop in the Springs do yourself a favor and give Craig and his team a shot. read more

My car started spewing white smoke on my way to work and I had to pull over to avoid overheating. I automatically thought it was a blown head gasket and started calling to get quotes. I got a few expensive quotes on the repair but when I contacted Travis at Craig's Automotive, he assured me that it may not be a blown head gasket and to bring it in for a diagnosis. The cost for the diagnosis was the cheapest that I had gotten so far so, I decided to have it towed there. He had my car for a couple of hours and called to give me the status. He stated that a radiator pipe had blown behind the engine and that they could order the part from Chevy but, it would take a few days to get there. I was happy that it wasn't a blown head gasket and was willing to wait for the repair to be made. I mentioned that I did need the car as soon as possible and Travis explained that they would try and get it fixed that day without having to wait for the part. He initially quoted me $330 for the repair with the factory part and somewhere around $200 for the repair without the new part. He also explained that if that repair didn't work, I wouldn't be charged for it and they would get a new part. Needless to say, I was happy to have them try it. A few hours later he called me stating that the repair was done and it had worked! I was happy to hear the news and ready to pay the $200+diagnostic fee. He then stated that the repair total charge with diagnostic fee was $160! It has been a week and a half and the repair is holding great! I believe the team at Craig's Automotive went out of their way to make my experience the best it could be. They even sent me a thank you card a couple of days later thanking me for the business! Having your car break down sucks but when you can be assured a friendly honest repair that turns out to be cheaper than the original quoted price, it makes it 100x better!
