My daughter had prepared some questions to ask the doctor regarding the new medications she had prescribed my grandson for ADHD and depression. After all, it was his appointment for "medicine review". My daughter had done some research and talked with other parents in similar situations with similar negative side effects and wanted to discuss possible other options with the doctor. When my daughter began to talk, the doctor was visibly agitated and became immediately confrontational. She verbally attacked my daughter with condescending remarks as if how dare she question these medications. She then said, "Oh so you are the doctor now and I have nothing to say". She just sat there and started typing her notes. I then asked her a question and she said "ask her, she's the doctor" and pointed at my daughter. I questioned her comment to me and she said "I'm not going to repeat myself". She stood up and said "good luck" and opened the door and walked out. We didn't know what had just happened. We were both in shock. We walked to the counter to check out and the girl said "I'm sorry it looks like Dr. Chaundra has released you as a patient". The girls behind the counter were very kind and sympathetic. The look in there eyes was obvious that we weren't the only ones to have ever experienced this behavior. So we left there with NO doctor, NO answers, NO plan for a precious 7 year old. How could a doctor prescribe narcotics to a child and then in a matter of minutes just leave this child hanging with no direction? Completely unprofessional and inhumane! Still in disbelief...

But the "perky practitioner" was so rude, sour faced and barely spent 30 seconds with us (not exaggerated). They charged me a copay when I didn't owe one. We are military. I posted a review and never heard back. Go to Pediatric Acute Care. After the terrible experience here, I went to Ped Accute Care by the theater/Moe's. They were fast and so friendly. They also didn't charge me a copay because they checked my insurance and did things right. I'll never go to Zoe again. Update: I did eventually receive the refund made to the correct name and a nice note from a member of their leadership staff. It's good to see they are working towards improving things at their offices.

These doctors are a bunch of narcissist and control freaks, they take a Hippocratic oath that says do no harm, but they do no better in treating you. They pump you full of pills not getting to the bottom of what's causing your symptoms they just prescribe you more pills each time you come in. I suffer from PTSD and for 3 years they continued me on Xanax because I needed it and just recently they abruptly ended it so in my opinion and defense I questioned their actions and expressed that taking me off the medication after 20 years of taking it would have potentially life threatening consequence. Weeks later they claimed in a letter that I never received they were discharging me from their care. Thumbs down the worst physicians don't go!!

Big bill- extra fees- and low commitment to customer care. And we're talking about children here. It's mainstream process through, don't make any waves type care, get you out the door to Walgreens for over the counter as fast as possible. And the other yelpers aren't kidding....you're going to wait. Block out a half day. 2. They are not capable of sensitive administrative processing. If you need it to happen- it won't. We had to pay 20$ for a physicians sign off on dental work....yes just the signature. Rivertown is going to get into your pocket through quite a few tunnels- like buying a car. "Convenience Fee" type stuff. 3. Front desk assistants are congruent with city DMV and probate ladies. Don't bother them with a question or a call. You'll be lucky to find a topic they deem important. 4. There is no such thing as a "sick side" and a "healthy side". That's a gimmick to make you more comfortable and snag the business of the simple minded. They bottle neck all of the kids into the same hallways doors rooms bathrooms and common areas for services/treatment so don't be so quick to assume the sick kids are quarantined off and you're breathing separate air. Be smart...go somewhere else there is plenty to offer in Columbus.

Once I signed in we waited for about 5 minutes​ and we were quickly called to the back. Once we were placed in our room the doctors came in within 5 minutes. I had a student come check my baby ears and the dr agreed that the ear infection was clear. I originally stated to them that I was worried the infection wasn't clear however they reassured me it was. One week later my baby symptoms worsened and she came down with a horrible cough with a constant runny nose so I then had to schedule another appointment for her to be seen. When I called to inform them that she was still sick they told me they had no availability and will see her two days later. After I expressed how important it was to get her in to be seen they then let me come the same day. The dr then prescribed her more antibiotics. Please don't take your child here. They are understaffed and it's starting to affect the babies enormously!! I hope this helps someone !!
