The admin staff act as gatekeepers and as others said - LITERALLY TELL YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE FOR ASKING QUESTIONS. If you have a thought in your mind, or an opinion in your heart do not go here. After waiting 4 months to be a new patient I am appalled how this practice runs. My appt happened to be during a snow storm, I called in the morning to make sure they were open. I called back to see how long the appt would be in fears of getting stuck in snow. They told me i canceled my appt - even tho I did not request to cancel. Then after asking questions like how long is an appt, what will be done during the physical, the admin put me on hold to talk to the doctor and came back to tell me to go elsewhere. I should have listened to the other reviews - this is a conservative practice that doesn't allow patient input. Thank you to the clinic for pushing me away, as clearly you're in the business to make people feel worse, not better. Message to doctors - your staff is costing you patients and your reputation. Open your eyes, you can dismiss a couple bad reviews but this is clearly a routine here.

The office is different, they had a very diverse clientele which includes working professionals, HIV patients, and what appears to be the homeless. Her staff called my insurance company before the procedure and made sure I was fully covered or else inquired on prices and such. Recently I had a med check for my ADHD medication - should have taken a few seconds to chat then she would re RX my meds and I'd be on my way. Unluckily//Luckily I found a suspicious mole two days before my appointment but she checked it out on the spot in their surgical procedure room. The person answering the phone, scheduling your appointment and greeting you when you come in, say a lot about a company so why should healthcare be any different? The ones who answer the phone and greet you at this office are amazing. My favorite is Jeff. He is so nice, jokes around with me and is easy to talk to. I don't dread calling in there because I know he will take care of me. Then once I go in, it is always a very pleasant experience. Dr. Schroeder is so wonderful. He listens to you, sympathizes and also makes sure to educate you on the whys, dos and don'ts of things. He doesn't make you feel bad about yourself for things, but rather tries to offer solutions and education on how you can change those things yourself or tips on how to help it.
