I found them on yelp a year ago and was deeply moved by their story (family business story). Never mind that they just started then because my gut feel was that they were the right people to call. I was not mistaken because they delivered more than expected. Living in Adelanto is much like Las Vegas during the summer time. What made it worse was that we had visitors at home when the AC for the 2nd floor fails (hot air rises so it was like an oven then). I reached out to Kings and they were quick to respond. They came right away. I was very fortunate that they had an available slot for me. They serviced our AC efficiently. This year, both our 1st and 2nd floor AC stopped working at the same time that we had a major construction happening in the house. Not their fault because the AC units we inherited from the previous owner were more than 10 years old. Units like these will go thru issues that will soon require replacement (which I fear of happening lols !!) Kings came to the rescue and replaced the broken piece. I did not have to replace the units at all which would have cost me thousands of dollars. Ivy to the rescue and assured me that he has a solution right away. I am thankful for honest and truthful business owners like Kings. They will forever have my business. It is hard to find contractors/vendors who will not rip you off. During inspection of the attic they noticed the insulation has never been replaced, also 40 years old and recommended I changed it since it had mildew. They didn't pressure me at all and I decided to do it. Everything turned out great. I already notice the heater and AC kick on less and for shorter durations. I know it's hard to spend money on something you don't see, but some things just need to get done. Highly recommend!

I got hipped to what he was asking so he came down to 350 dollars. And guess what when he left and was all done there was no heat coming out of the dryer and called the so called good company back and they told me they wouldn't get to come back till Sunday and they said it could be my pipes. I said Bologna there was never anything wrong with my pipes, so I called another company called fixes Appliances and thank God they solved my issue. People watch out who you hire for your services some of these companies are just there to make more problems for you so that could benefit their pocketbook like this sorry company!
