We had a problem with our hot water pressure since we moved in. I've gotten several quotes from plumbers on what it takes to resolve the issue. They all stated that the water heater needs to be replaced. I thought, since I have a American Home Warranty, they should take care of this. Their rep came out and said, it was not the water heater but something in the pipes. As a result, they voided the claim and left. I called Travis from TWS plumbing, he came out and yet again, identified that the water heater was the issue. We scheduled a replacement the following week. He came out today and replace the water heater, brought everything up to code, and changed the old twist valve to an easier ball valve. He and his team took care of us in short order without all the fuss and lies that I received previously. Amazing customer service. Our boiler broke at 8pm and they were so wonderful to answer our called the same night, walked us through the process of shutting down the water so it won't cause any more damage. WOW, this place was good. My water heater stopped working so I called TWS yesterday after seeing their 4.8 stars on Google. Travis answered and I unloaded my plight. He was brutally honest. Oof. I made an appointment despite his terrible news, but was hell bent on a fix so I could call him back and cancel. Travis!!! With the truth bombs!!! HARSH!!! He said he'd send out Scott for a consultation in the morning, so I GOT BUSY. I Googled. I YouTubed. I called others. I would've definitely cheated on TWS with the first business willing to give me a guaranteed fix. I EVEN went to Lowe's and had a consultation. UGH. Travis with the truth bombs was right. This is the second time I've used TWS. They were great both times. Today, there were two good guys, Chris and Anthony who really did what they could to get the job done well and proper and did just that. For $240 and snaked grease through. That includes the camera to detect where in the pipe was clogged and with what object- reviled. We have another appointment with them in a week or so. We're going to have them hydro jet (or something) and it cleans from the inside out. Cost is $240. Listen, I just know this is worth it versus a dysfunctional kitchen sync. I'm hoping for our system to a new life. And this guys can do a great job. I'm possibly confident with them- and you'll hear about it from me otherwise. We tried everything to figure out why our powder room toilet kept overflowing. We plunged it over and over and even used an auger(snake) , but nothing worked. We were visiting my grandmas for Christmas when we smelled gas and since she had lost her sense of smell we had no idea how long it had been going on (very bad problem). Although they say they're 24/7, when we called at 11pm we got no answer. We then utilized the 24/7 texting service... basically asking about gas line repair. We got a single response: "yes but can we talk about this during normal business hours????". We called in the morning, again, there was no response. Lost our business. I have used TWS twice in the last 6 months. I had 2 zeperate drain pipe leaks on the first floor of my two story house. Travis is an energetic individual with a keen instinct related to plumbing. During the most recent repair, Travis needed to cut some drywall out to find the leaky pipe. He made a quick cut where he thought the leak was. I'm super glad that I called TWS Plumbing when I needed help! Right before New Year's, I ended up with a gnarly slab leak and hot water was seeping into my bedroom and bathroom. This was my first major issue in a new house, so I was bit unsure as to what to do. TWS sent someone over RIGHT AWAY, stopped the leak, and very patiently gave me advice on what to do next. They talked me through the repairs that would need to happen, gave me advice on what to say to the insurance folks when talking about the water damage, and promised to be back the next day to set up a re-route.
