We worked with Angie and I was happy that she was able to accommodate multiple meetings and showing times outside of regular 9-5 hours and on weekends. She was very attentive to all of our first timer questions and walked us through all of the strategy and complicated paperwork that comes with buying a home. The company also has a strong connection to the community and I have seen them listed as sponsors for many community oriented events, which you don't really see from the competitors. Steve promised to work hard on my behalf and that I would be happy with the end result. He delivered on that promise! When somebody comes to visit or deliver, you have to walk down to let them in. The washer and dryer on our floor keep breaking--they contract them now to a company called CSC and they are the absolute WORST at maintaining the machines. Currently the washer works so-so and the dryer is not working at all. I have put in multiple maintenance requests with the company. Hopefully now that the rental office has gotten enough complaints, especially from me, they will get a new dryer installed. Tomorrow I have to haul all my laundry down the steps and to the car, to a laundromat, and then back up. Not looking forward to it as I have a broken toe! As far as rent goes, it is average. It isn't through the roof, but for all the issues we have, it is too high.

If he ever did come to check out the problems, which I doubt he did, he didn't see them- because I already had them fixed, at my expense. The women who answer the phones when you call the company were nice, helpful and very polite and tried to get someone to help me. I appreciated their efforts.
