They kept hounding me about some coupon so I said why not let's give them another shot. I asked them to specifically check the Yukon Xl out for any safety and mechanical issues and grease the joints in the front suspension as well as oil and tire rotation. Well the very next day after they supposedly said everything was great and no issues, me and my wife with our three kids headed down the road in the freezing weather and snow and the low oil pressure light came on. Immediately shut off in the middle of nowhere. Oil cooler like blew off and there went all the oil. Come to find out it was HOSE CLMAPED on. Had to have it towed to a shop in vermillion and the sheriffs gave my wife and kids a ride home. And here's what they reported. Oil filter was torqued on beyond belief note the excessive oil change cost on the picture below, oil cooler line blew off because of cheap hose clamps instead of being repaired properly, luckily the engine is ok because it was shut off as soon as the oil pressure dropped except everything is coated in oil now, none of the grease zerks had fresh grease, and once again they removed a device plugged into the obd2 port and hid it in the car. (Finally found it buried in my center console) why do they need to remove items without permission and then not tell you where they put them. Literally only brought it in for safety inspection, lube, and tire rotation. No need to mess with anything in the interior. Called the dealership he said he'll escalate this issue and it's been a week and no call from anyone. Poor customer service won't be taking my vehicle back to these untrained "technicians" for anything.

We purchased a used vehicle from Cornhusker Nissan. The car itself is very lovely and I have had no…read moreproblems with it. The purchase came with free oil changes and tire rotation. I took my car in for an oil change after making an appointment. The service technician soon had me come and look at filters that supposedly came from my car, air filter and cabin filter. The air filter was nearly black from oil, and the cabin filter had been mangled enough while taking it out for inspection that it would need replacing. I asked how it got that way and was told it was like that already. I don't believe either filter actually came from my car, because if it had, that meant no one checked the filters before I purchased the car. The car had 13000 miles on it at the time of the oil change. The car had never used a drop of oil as the condition of the filter indicated. I also had them check my tire as there was a recent slow leak. The service tech then showed me a picture on his phone, with a dot indicating a nail in the tire, with a box drawn around it in grease pencil. He told me because this nail was in the sidewall of the tire it could not be repaired, and because of the wear on the tire, and because it was an AWD vehicle I needed to replace ALL 4 TIRES. At this point I told him no, as I was not going to do that. I took it to our regular tire guy who after looking it over thoroughly did not find a nail at all! The leak, he determined had been caused by a faulty seal on the bead. They have a VERY untrustworthy service department!

The car had a 90-day bumper-to-bumper warranty. On April 16, we took the car in, and it made an odd noise. When the mechanic looked at it, we were advised it was the spark plugs, and they changed them and said we were good to go. We were told the noise it makes was normal, and ours was just a little louder than this type of vehicle normally makes. I originally got the extended warranty from Courtesy Ford, but I decided I did not want to deal with them anymore because of how they handled the last issue. I had gotten a letter from another company offering an extended warranty, so I called them and decided to go with that plan. I started having issues with the car when I would go at higher speeds. On October 8, I took the car to a GMC repair shop. The issue, I was told, was the torque converter shutter. My car was eligible for the new warranty coverage. The insurance company went and inspected the vehicle and looked at the prior maintenance completed on the car. My claim was denied for preexisting conditions. I did not understand how because Courtesy Ford said the issues were fixed with the spark plug replacement. The new warranty company told me that changing the spark plugs was not all they did. Courtesy Ford also put a lubricant in the transmission. They stated that they had fixed it well enough to get it past the 90-day warranty period, so it would no longer be their issue once it started having issues again. They put a bandaid on it long enough that it would fall on us to pay to fix the issue. I called Courtesy Ford many times about the issue, and they say that it is standard to put that in all used vehicles to extend the life of the transmission. They will not admit any fault in selling a vehicle that had issues. I have reviewed the March 5, 2024 receipt, which states Lubguard 19689. When I was searching for what that is used for, it specifically states, " LUBEGARD Instant Shudder Fixx is a concentrated friction modifier formulated specifically for eliminating torque converter shudder problems in automatic transmission INSTANTLY." It is the #1 shudder eliminator used by professionals." This is the exact issue that my vehicle has been diagnosed with by a 3rd party mechanic before we even knew about them putting the lube into the vehicle. Courtesy Ford knew back in March that there was an issue, and instead of being honest and fixing it, they did a temporary repair job. I have tried unsuccessfully to resolve the issues with them and speak to Al, who runs the business, but I have not succeeded. I do not know if they did this because I am disabled and in a wheelchair and thought I would not understand and let it go or if it is because I am female and do not know much about vehicle repairs. I continuously get that this is not our fault; this is standard practice. I do not see how putting a lubricant in every used vehicle meant for a specific purpose would be standard practice. I cannot get anyone in the company to 1 admit fault 2 let me speak with someone with authority who will listen. If possible, I would give them a 0-star rating, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They will be nice during the purchasing process, but should issues arise after they do not take responsibility for anything, STAY AWAY!!!! You will regret it if you buy a car from them and find issues after the fact, even with the 90-day warranty.

Service Requested! I've always used this car wash and and have had no issues. I took my 3 year olds…read morewater table there on Tuesday morning. I had about 9 minutes to wash the thing and get back home to be there with my son. (Someone was watching him but had to leave at 10am.) So I used the credit card reader without doing anything but inserting my card, waiting for it to process, and started washing it If I would have read the dang sign. I wouldn't be in this position and have my card charge for about 3 minutes of use over $16 dollars. Sucks. I'm a single parent and can't afford to spend unnecessary money. If I would've read the sign I wouldn't be in this position. That's my fault for not just using tokens or the quarters in my center console. Just read the reviews and if the amount isn't returned I suppose I'll need to call them or my bank and explain what happened. My own stupidity but I wish their was a max amount or that it wasn't so high if $16 is the max amount just in case someone is in a hurry and forgets.
