I had plenty of hair for him to work with and he just blew it by drastically shortening the length. Which I love my hair long but with a clean look. If they're not familiar with a certain haircut/hair styles; they don't have to force themselves to work with it or at least I could try waiting for someone with more experience with hair styles. There was hair everywhere, even at the entry as we walked in, and guys sitting in barber chairs waiting for customers but not cleaning anything. The customer service is nonexistent and it's so unprofessional. Like some guys turned their garage into a barber shop vs a reputable business. There was music blasting and two tvs blasting in a small space, so unpleasant. Definitely would not recommend.

My little guy can be a little fussy , but Brandon did an amazing job with his cut, getting him comfortable and making sure he looks good. I feel like both my boys are in a weird phase with their hair. It just never felt quite right to me, and it was really hard going anywhere and feeling slightly unsatisfied each time. I can appreciate that Brandon understands my vision, can point out the areas that need work, be transparent, while also delivering a great final result.
