I would give no stars if possible. They charged me twice the price & managed to do everything, but what I asked. I asked them to dip my dog(that's it) due to fleas he got from the neighborhood cats. They did not dip him, instead they shampooed him which I have done, that's why I brought him to them. They charged me $40 to trim his nails and shampoo him & he still managed to come home with fleas after they were done with him. They said they did not dip him because they only saw 3 fleas on him. I dropped him off with many more than that. If shampooing & extra charges is what they wanted to do I should have been called. Now I'm out $40 & my dog still has fleas. Worker at the front desk was very rude and had an attitude, even when I dropped him off. read more

Please don't take your dogs or cats to be groomed there they are the worst if you see the first picture I had a beautiful Schnauzer and I took him to get a trim and they shaved all of him off TOTALLY, WITHOUT PERMISSION, they put my dog in shock and of course us too don't take your dog there or any of your animals!!!!!!!!! read more

My boyfriend and I recently took his aggressive dog to be groomed for the first time. He had a ton of mats and we figured they would have to shave him. When we picked him up, he looked amazing. She was able to brush his mats out and didn't even get bit in the process. She didn't make us feel like bad pet owners and gave us good advice. We will definitely be going back!! read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is unprofessional to say the least. First off, I understand people make mistakes or slip ups. That's fine no problem there. But here's what happened. We have a miniature schnauzer that had a nice cut before we took him here. You see in the pictures what he looked like. He just needed a trim nothing more. Never had a problem with other groomers before and we've used several. They claim he moved and the messed up a small spot on one side of him, on the skirt part of his hair. No problem, dogs are animals that move and we've all had a slip of the hand. That's no problem. Here's where the problem is. They decided to shave the rest of his hair off! They did not call to ask what we would like to have done they just went with what they felt was "good". Now as you see in the picture, he looks nothing like he did. His hair is all shaved off. It will take years to grow back like it was. They were unwilling to take blame for their mistake and I do NOT recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional and a worthless grooming service. read more

I will never go back again and will strongly suggest to anyone and everyone to not take their babies here. I had issues from the start and going in I felt uneasy and should have trusted my gut instinct and left right away, but I had heard nothing but good things, so I thought I'd give it a try. First of all, I was told someone would be there at 730 am so I could drop my baby off before I had to be to work at 8am. I waited until someone FINALLY got there at 756 am. Then when the guy got there, there was no courtesy, just asked who I was dropping off and what I needed done and then took her to the back. I was not informed of approximately when they expected her to be ready or anything. When they called to say she was ready they said she screamed the whole time and even head butted one of the girls working on her. My dog is a large breed dog and 1.5 yrs old so she still has issues with sitting for long periods of time. I have taken her to other groomers and not one has had a problem with her screaming unless they accidentally pulled to hard on her hair. It sounds to me as if whoever was working on my baby doesn't know how to properly handle a large breed dog. When my dog came home she drank a ton of water, 24oz, showing she had no access to water the entire time she was there. (8am -12pm) When I returned home from work she acted extremely depressed. Normally when I get home she is bouncing and wagging her tail and will hardly sit still long enough to pet her, but today she barely even lifted her head. She is swollen in some places and you can tell she wasn't even brushed in others as she still has tufts of her undercoat falling out. On top of that they completely butchered the back of her neck and shoulder area. She was not supposed to be cut at all, she was going in for a blow out. They said she had matts there and they had to use a "de-matting" tool to get them out so it "thinned out" her hair. It looks as though someone (not very skillfully) took shears to the hair on her shoulders. That is NOT the same as "thinning out" in my book! She is now terrified of a comb and runs and hides even when she sees my comb for my hair. I strongly recommend to anyone, especially anyone with a long haired large breed that just needs a blow out to look elsewhere for a better place. read more
