Being a boarding facility they agreed to take her in and help us try and get reunited with her original owners. We have already been having a nightmare of a trip with car problems and other issues. So having this little bit of help was a godsend! The store and facility itself is very nice and clean. Saw a few clients of theirs pick up their pets after grooming and they looked beautifully groomed too. I would highly recommend supporting this great facility. Apparently after 4 pm, you get charged for late drop off or late pickup, was never informed of this. 4 nights for $195?! Basically paid for 5 nights. She did get a "complementary" bath. Too steep of a board for just a place for my dog to sleep and she requires very little play time because she is 16 years old. Won't be going back there.

I ended up mentioning it to the store manager after cashing out at the register. He apologized for her behavior and said, that "he was gonna have a talk with her about it." I've never had even a remotely similar experience with an employee of any business in my life.
