Doug helped us immediately (I had called earlier so he remembered me from the call). He put us in both chairs to try out. I started with the NOVO first and then tried the M.8. Doug allowed me to try out another massage feature on the M.8 (so three massages total). While we were testing the chairs, he told us all about himself, the company, the massage chairs, and the massage chair companies. Doug clearly loves what he does and is extremely knowledgeable. He was not pushy whatsoever and he actually told us to come in next week to try out the chairs again before we decide on a chair. Seriously, this is the best customer service I've had in years (if ever). We will be back next week to try out the chairs but opposite of how we did it this time (just to really get to know each chair and their functions). We have done a ton of research on both massage chairs so we know that no matter what we end up choosing, it will be a great choice. Side note/tip: if you are looking at Relax the Back in Greenwich, they only carry to M.8. Take the extra time to drive up to West Hartford and compare it to the Super NOVO. I used to buy all of my business' furniture and supplies at Office Depot in Enfield CT. Not…read moreanymore. I bought a clock for my office and found out it doesn't keep time. I tried to exchange it for one that works but the manager said no because I didn't have the receipt. I am an "Office Depot Rewards" member, so I asked him if he could please look up the purchase on the computer. The manager said he can't do that. Then he walked away. Heck of a way to treat a customer who spent over $14,000 there in 2011. The clock was only a $20 dollar item so I was a bit surprised at his unwillingness to work with me. Normally my policy is to do business with brick and morter establishments but apparently Office Depot is in no way hurting for business. So, since then I have been saving a ton of money buying my office supplies at Amazon.com. I have a "Prime Membership" now so I get free 2 day shipping on top of everything else being cheaper. Thank you indifferent manager at Office Depot in Enfield CT. Since then I found another great online webstore called "OfficeDiscountItems.com" and now I am saving even more!
