I tried to exchange it for one that works but the manager said no because I didn't have the receipt. I am an "Office Depot Rewards" member, so I asked him if he could please look up the purchase on the computer. The manager said he can't do that. Then he walked away. Heck of a way to treat a customer who spent over $14,000 there in 2011. The clock was only a $20 dollar item so I was a bit surprised at his unwillingness to work with me. Normally my policy is to do business with brick and morter establishments but apparently Office Depot is in no way hurting for business.
