I purchased a mattress and was given the option of two delivery dates. I selected one, but the…read moremattress never arrived. When I called the store, the customer service agent explained that he had misspoken about the date. Fine....human error happens. He then provided a new delivery date, and later the company confirmed my delivery window. On the day of delivery, the mattress arrived almost three hours outside of the time window I was given. It appeared I was the last stop, and only one delivery person arrived to deliver a king-size mattress. When he came into the house, he decided he would not deliver the mattress because he didn't want to bring it upstairs. He claimed the mattress would not fit, even though I currently have a king-size bed and mattress in that room. I assumed he might have been tired since it's a physically demanding job, which I understand. However, instead of explaining that, he essentially said he didn't want to do the job and stated that he "works smarter, not harder." He also said he would not remove the old mattress and could just leave the new one at the door for me to figure out myself. I'm sorry, but I did not spend over $2,000 on a mattress plus delivery fees to handle the delivery myself. As of now, I still have not received my mattress. I have called the store, left a message, and have not received a call back. I have also called several additional times since then with no response. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this service.

After testing out practically every mattress in the store, I did make a purchase, and there was some sticker shock, not gonna lie! But after waiting about a month I received a call to schedule my delivery, and a week after that, I was lying on my comfy new bed. There was some confusion over what hardware I would need to attach an existing headboard, and then when the delivery guys arrived, they had no clue that I expected them to install it (even though it was on my paperwork). In addition, they showed up 10 minutes early without first calling, so we weren't quite ready for them, but they were very pleasant and professional. All things considered, I'm glad I chose Connecticut Mattress and would definitely use them again in the future.

I like the set MUCH better in my house than in the store. My major issue is how filthy the furniture was when it arrived. I mean filthy. I've already gone through three rags, and the pictures are after a wipe down. The delivery guy, Kris, said that it is assembled in the warehouse so sits there for awhile in pieces. I've ordered a ton of furniture from online stores for the most part and have never received furniture in this condition. Raymour & Flanigan isn't cheap. They need to pay someone to clean the furniture up before delivery. I was thinking of getting fabric headboards but wouldn't order them from this store.

On July 5th we contacted customer service and they moved delivery to July 9th. Then they moved it to July 7th between 6:30 and 9:30. All of this was confirmed by email and text. Bed never arrived. This time customer service said our delivery was scheduled for the 9th. Canceled order. The experience was awful. The only good thing about this experience was the sales rep. She was great. I'm sure we will find a bed just as comfortable at a fraction of the $7000 price tag elsewhere.

Bed Frames are not returnable so when they sell you a mattress and say everything can be returned for a refund, you have fallen into their trap. 2. The sleep IQ is a joke. It tracks anytime you are in bed so if you watch TV , it tracks you as restless. 3. In the time I had the bed I reset the remote eight times. It does not sync easily. 4. When I finally had enough it took hours to arrange for a pick up- strangely a ten day wait when deliveries to receive take little time - and I received a nice surprise. They give a 100 percent refund BUT it's a $199 charge to pick up the bed. And you can't send it back or deliver it yourself. I felt very taken and mid represented by every facet of this transaction
