But it's all perfectly re-assembled now. I appreciate that he took the time to make sure all the parts were fitting perfectly; he replaced damaged parts, and anchored the system to the wall in a super secure way that is better than what previous owner had done: I could not be happier with the outcome! In addition to normal shower tile and plumbing work, there was substantial wall framing that rotted so he removed and replaced it, due to the demolition the wall framing had had moved 1/8 -1/4 inch out of plumb so he installed shims to assure that the tile seams would be square and tight. Needing the shower to be barrier free for a handicapped household member, he devised the proper change to floor joists that allowed proper drainage without any entry barriers. However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money.
