I can only be mad at myself for never coming here. I've been passing up a gold mine for over 15 years. Am I upset about it, yes? But, Im definitely not mad. I can't imagine all the money I would've spent here if I did visit. Very welcoming ladies as soon as I walked inside. The smell of leather hits you right in the nostrils. Ahhh... heaven. The lady that helped me was very friendly and she knew exactly what I was looking for. They have lots of button-down shirts, blouses, Cinch jeans, Wranglers, rodeo dresses, all the frills and fringes you can ask for. I ended up with a belt, jeans, boots and a cute blouse. I didn't dare look at the receipt. They are having a 20% discount right now so I'm sure I got some great prices on the items I purchased. I'm thinking about going back for another shirt or dress. LOVE this store! My wife saw some boots online, and searched for them. All the big box western wear stores were out of stock on the boots she liked, or "couldn't look up without the stock number"...I found stock number in under a minute, and Corral Western Wear had the very boots, in her size, and Adonia offered to hold them. We went today, tried them on in a couple of different sizes, Janet offered to take a look and stretch them, as well as another pair she already owns. Top notch customer service from a 46 year old small business. Definitely recommend these fine folks!!!! Besides, rodeo season is coming up before we know it!! Thanks Corral Western Store... The staff was very friendly, helpful when making the purchase. I asked about returning it and was told "yes". At that time, they should have provided information about their return policy. Not just "yes". I purchased 2 items and returned one today asking for a refund. The clerk said "exchange only". I replied, "I was not told that." She answered, "it is on the receipt", pointed to a smaill sign taped to the counter "exchange only." When making the purchase, the clerk had the items on the counter covering the sign and looking at the receipt AFTER making the purchase would not be beneficial. This was very disappointing and ruined my impression of this store. It appears to be very deceitful. I try to purchase locally but will not do business with this store because of the failure to provide information about a return policy when purchasing. I suggest that you make use you know this policy before making a purchase. They should do better with customer relations. read more

Loved, loved love this store. Went in looking for a hat, not did Janet take her time answering all our questions about almost every aspect of cowboy hats but spent a great deal of time getting the perfect fit, color, shape and it made us feel so much better about what we were purchasing. What they didn't have they could order. At others stores (the big stores) we were on our own pretty much and when someone did wait on us their knowledge was poor or exaggerated at best. I would rather have someone who knows what they are doing with years of experience and isn't afraid to say I don't know but I will find out. You can't beat it! read more

Shop Locally! I'm pretty sure this is a family owned store, definitely not a big chain. They spend a lot of one on one time with you and really try to find the right product to make you happy. If they don't have the color you want they pull out the catalog to see if it's available and try to help you out that way. They aren't pushy about it either. Not a huge selection but a nice one. Great service. Got hubby a new hat. He tried to buy one that was too big because a previous one had shrunk. (The salesperson said that does happen sometimes, odd as it seems.) Salesperson was able to make both hubby and me happy by putting in some little foam inserts to adjust the fit - they can be taken out if this one shrinks. (Apparently that's not a common occurrence - it's only happened to us once.) Hat was on sale, too, and we were in and out in no more than 10 minutes. We'll have to go back sometime when we have more time - it looked like a really neat store. read more

I was looking for my first pair of real good boots without the wallet busting prices found at other western stores. I ended up finding a great boot for great price and great customer service. They don't advertise on the website but they do have an outside cobbler that does boot repair. I gave them my Justin Ropers on Saturday afternoon and they were ready by Monday afternoon. The quality of the work on my new soles and heels was great. He put an awesome shine on the smooth ostrich uppers. My boots look brand new and feel great. Fast return and quality work at a reasonable price ($75) compared to other quotes I received. I highly recommend their boot repairs. read more

I purchased 3 pairs of boots on a Friday. On The following Monday, I returned 2 pairs. The owners daughter said they would give only a store credit- that they weren't having a day good enough to give me my money back. This doesn't make any sense - I paid cash for the boots now they want to give me a store credit for over $500.00. Really!! What kind of a place are they running. I could see if it was weeks later, but this was 48 hours later and the boots were in the boxes untouched and not worn. Lousy store policy. Still trying to get my money back - they have the boots back - I got a piece of paper..?? Won't EVER be shopping there again. read more

Sent my teen daughter to find a shirt. She bought one here and one at another store. Brought them to me and we chose the one from the other store. Went to return the item 2 days later and the store refused to refund her money - there's a small note on the counter that says "store credit only" they said. They did not tell my daughter when they sold her the shirt. They did not tell me when I called ahead to tell them I was sending them to her. Are you kidding me? That is no way to earn a customer's trust. I don't trust them to do honest business. read more
