I walked into this location and walked out to never look back. The appearance, I don't want to say it was gaudy or strange, but definitely it didn't look like much. I assume they were going for the thrift store look, but even thrift shops are more appealing. This was a wide open square with basically clothing racks for rows and signs swaying gently from the ceiling. I needed new shirts for my job and this was one place I stopped to see if they had anything. I was clearly lost but no employee batted an eye in this seemingly empty space at the time. When I found the sign that said "men's", assuming this was the section for men's clothing, I went there and was greeted by a wide assortment of women's clothing. Basically, this just seemed to be one big, unorganized space with employees only at the cash stand and no employees walking around to help customers. Like I said before regarding the appearance, it was just so simple and where I may adore simple, this was so simple that it looked like the sections were really thrown together without much thought. I found a couple cheap summer tops and decided to try them on. The two women "controlling" the dressing room were incredibly rude. No one was directly at the dressing room entrance. Suddenly two women are yelling repeatedly, Ma'am Stop! I had no idea you had to HANG your items on a rack before they would count, then take once they release. I was instructed to replace the number OVER the clothes hangers before returning with them regardless if I was purchasing. They were just as rude when I was leaving the dressing room area. This wasn't my first time in a dressing room nor did their tone need to be so harsh with all of us. As I was standing in the return line the woman "controlling" the security or line was harsh and abrupt with several other customers. I dropped off the clothing and left the store. Hopefully, someone will provide customer service education to these employees.

No one paid any attention to my outfit. But next year, I will be attending an outdoor wedding event. I definitely need something jazzy and snazzy. The only name I know is Jos A Banks. Seriously, I really don't know anyone else sells good looking shirts and jackets. Not to mention, I was wearing Jos A Bank's sweater when I walked in to try on other clothes. I wish I know the salesman's name. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I was rookie with formalwear. He took his time to measure my upper body to find me the best fitting suit jacket and dress shirts. He taught me the difference of shirt styles: Slim Fit (definitely not me), Tailored Fit (that's me) and Traditional Fit (I will get there one day). There was a jacket I saw online. As soon as he saw the picture, he guided me to the dinner jacket section. Yup, that's exactly what the picture shows. I sure will come back during the holidays. I know there are some sales coming up. I want to attend more events to show off my updated wardrobe.

Within a few minutes, I was trying on a jacket that fit just as perfect as you could expect without paying a custom suit price. Minute later he found a pair of pants that fit perfect, so off to the dressing room we go. Handed me a pair of dress shoes to test the length of the pant legs and everything just fit perfectly. Spent less than an hour inside the store and left with exactly what I needed. By the way, I need the suit for tonight's company Christmas party, and I got this perfect suit on sale as well!! I like to give praise where praise is due, and Don Abernathy deserves all the praise. Hands down the best customer service experience I have had in a looooong time, refreshing to know high quality customer service still exists. He has a great sense of humor, very knowledgeable, professional and simply a master at his craft. Since he also needs a suit for a wedding this Thursday, he decided to quickly try on a few suits to see what size fit him while he was already there. He had just gotten off a yard job and had a little grass on him, but he was not dirty and was not trying to wear the suit around he was simply trying it on for a minute to figure out his size because he didn't have time to go all the way home, change, and come back. Instead of speaking to him respectfully, one of the employees immediately gave him attitude and said, "Why are you trying on the suit while being so filthy? You know better than that." He laughed at first because he genuinely thought she was joking, but she kept going and was rude and disrespectful. If there was concern about the suits, that could have been handled politely. There was absolutely no reason to embarrass him or speak to him that way. He was already there picking up a tailored suit and trying to shop for another one, and instead he was treated unfairly and made uncomfortable. Very disappointing customer service. No customer should be spoken to like that.
